70. New Beginning

Chapter is translated.....

The rising sun emerged from between the clouds , shining it's sparks through out the sky . The dews on the leaves shining like pearls studded on the trees .

Their car emerged from the roads covered with slight fog , shining pearl like dews and chilly winds .

They had left her home from past 4 hours and are just about to reach the palace . Ayudh who was driving the car and Ankush who was keeping up his company knowingly slowed down their speed because the other family member had to reach palace first and had to arrange things to welcome them .

Within few more minutes their car reached the palace . Ayudh after stooping the car , shook Ankush's shoulder to wake him up . And when he looked back at the couple only to see them sleeping .

Ranvijay's left arm around her shoulder and his right arm entwined with her left hand . Her head was resting on his chest and his head on the backrest .

"Bhai Sa" Ayudh called him softly and he woke up with a jerk . He looked around him attentively when his eyes travelled to his new wedded wife in his arms .

Ayudh looked outside avoiding to look Rumaisa who was sleeping in and awkward position so he said "Bhai Sa ham Pahunch gaye . Ham chalte hai , aap Bhabi Maa ke saath aayiye ."

( Brother, we have reached. "We are leaving, you come with sister-in-law ).

Ranvijay's POV •••

They both walked out of the car giving us privacy . I looked at my new wife and softly called "Baby"

But whom was I calling ? She is Rumaisa and she won't wake up with my soft calls . She need some noise and blasts to get up .

I shook her and called her "Jaan" little loudly .

And she woke up with a flinch . She then looked at me with sleepy eyes . I pointed at the palace infront and said "Ham Pahunch gaye."

( we have reached )

She nodded and stiffled a yawn .She covered her face with the veil . I opened the car from my side and walked out first and then she came out through the same door .

We can't come through the opposite door as the cloth which was tied with my outfit and her dupatta won't allow us .

After she steadied herself with the heavy legenga , I held her palm in mine and we both walked towards the main entrance of the palace .

There all the family members with guest were already standing . Maa was standing with a plate more like Aarti ki Thaal .

We reached and stood infront of them . She gave us a huge smile and did our Aarti . Other members who were behind Maa, showered flower petals on us .

We walked a bit and stood at the huge door frame . Maa instructed "Aab iss kalash ko apne dahine per se andar ki taraf girao aur aage aao."

( Now kick this vessel with your right foot and come forward. )

Rumaisa softly kicked the Copper vessel which was filled with rice and we entered further .

Infront of us , a plate huge filled with Alta ( dye ) was placed . Maa again instructed "Is thaali mein Alta hai . Apne pairo ke Nishan do is safed kapde pe."

( There is alta in this plate. Leave your footprints on this white cloth. )

Rumaisa wordlessly followed her instructions. She pulled up her lehenga a bit but it was getting little difficult for her.  So I helped her and picked up from one side and she did from other side .
