Espresso headcanons

Quick Espresso headcanons before the oneshots :D

-Latte is his twin sister, she's older by a couple minutes. She's the favorited child.
-Was abused by his parents, mentally/emotionally and physically
-Has scars from his parents' physical abuse, mainly on his back, arms, and face. Also has scars from self harm on his wrists/arms and thighs
-Madeleine was the first person (besides his immediate family) to see his scars
-He had a teddy bear when he was younger which he named Mr Teddy :>

-He developed an eating disorder as he got older. He has ARFID, or Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder. It's a very complex eating disorder, but it's basically avoiding food for various reasons, the most common having an intense fear of choking, vomiting, or developing an allergy; extreme picky eating because of food touching, the color or shape of the food, etc; or showing little to no interest in eating food in general. He developed it since he has little interest in eating food because of how he always prioritized his school work as a child/teen and he just grew used to neglecting his hunger. He views eating as a waste of time.
-He's pretty thin because of his eating disorder, and he's just always been pretty small.
-Has a hard time taking care of himself and doesn't bathe/eat/drink/sleep often. Madeleine helps him take baths and he cooks him meals tho <3

-Is an overachiever, perfectionist, and workaholic (same tbh 😔🙏)
-IS TOUCH STARVED!!!!!
-Since he was given very little praise as a child, he always gets really flustered when Madeleine praises him <3
-Say it with me now, SLUTTY👏MAN👏WAIST👏
-Has ADHD
-His vision is really bad and he can't see shit without his glasses
-Draws little doodles of him and Madeleine
-Definitely a cat person. Black cats and orange cats are his favorites
-His favorite class in school was Math
-Mainly dresses pretty masculine, wearing fancy clothes and Dark Academia style clothes. He will sometimes wear more feminine clothes such as skirts and such while still keeping his Dark Academia style. It's rare to see him in a skirt tho :,D
-Has eye bags that never seem to go away
-Absolute shit sleep schedule

-He hums to himself to calm himself/as a coping mechanism
-Loves to touch/play with Madeleine's hair
-When he's stressed or having a panic attack or something, he fidgets and does stuff like rocking himself, fidgeting with his fingers, stimming by flapping his arms/wrists (my personal fav stim hehe >:D), picking at his scars or rubbing against them, picking or chewing at his fingertips, scratching his wrists, and humming
-He's triggered by loud noises, sudden movements, the smell of certain alcohol and cigarettes, and a person yelling at him/raising their voice

-He also age regresses!!! I'm definitely not an expert on age regression, lmao. If you don't know what age regression is... You should probably look it up because I can't give a good explanation since I don't know much about it and I don't wanna be offensive to anybody :,D But it is not the same as age play; that's a kink. Uhh look the difference up if you're confused idk (sobs)
-Age regression can be voluntary or involuntary, meaning it can happen by choice or it can happen without control. Espresso sometimes chooses to age regress when he feels a little stressed or anxious and it helps him a lot. It also can happen if he's having a panic attack. When that happens, Madeleine has to help him calm down because he can get really stressed. :(
-When Espresso age regresses, he usually regresses to around 2-4, normally 2 or 3
-He likes to wear lots of comfy clothes, mainly with dark browns, blacks, or dark greens <3
-Madeleine supports him completely and takes care of him. He gives him blankets and plushies and stuff to help him feel safe, since most of the time he regresses during a panic attack
-He also doesn't talk a lot and pretty much goes non-verbal during this time.
-He's very clingy and loves to cuddle with Madeleine and watch his favorite TV shows.
-His favorite TV shows to watch are Bluey, Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake, and Scooby-Doo :)
-He has a bunch of stuffed animals that he loves to cuddle with while he's age regressing, but his favorite is a teddy bear that looks a lot like the teddy he had when he was a child. :]
