14: Betrayal

"Beth?" You're trying to twist your arm out of Brittany's grasp. Beth looks up at you and smiles a cute innocent smile which quickly turns into an evil smirk.

"Oh Y/N did you really think I wanted to be your friend? How cute." she giggles, takes a step closer to you and continues.

"Why would anyone want to be a friend with a bitch like you? You just think you're so much better than everyone else don't you?" She's now right up close to your face.

"When did I ever say I was better than any of you?" you shove your elbow back into Brittany's chest making her release your arm.

"Why do you all hate me so much all of a sudden?"

"Oh Y/N sweety this isn't just sudden hate... we hated you for a long time." Beth smiles that innocent annoying smile at you again.

To think I actually fell into this stupid trap... and her stupid innocent smile, I just wanna slap it right off her face.

SMACK!

You slap your hand across Beth's face making her smile instantly disappear.

She looks back up at you, shocked at your action. "What the hell!"

You smile innocently back at her which makes her more pissed. You notice she looks behind you and gives a nod, you turn to see who she's nodding at. As you turn around you see eight girls all surrounding you looking ready to attack you.

Shit! How did I get myself into this situation? How am I meant to fight against eight girls!

Beth stands up straight and takes another step closer to you "didn't you know about your club?"

You look confused "Club?"

Her evil grin appears back on her face as she brings her head to your ear and whispers "Your hate club."

She backs away smiling.

A hate club... for me!?

"Damn I didn't know I was so popular!" You say back in excitement.

Beth's smile disappears as she looks pissed at your answer.

While you're busy pissing off Beth you don't notice someone running up behind you.

THWACK!

You turn to see where the sound came from.

"YOONGI!"

He's looking down at you, his face covered in sweat as if he's been running. You notice behind him there is a girl with a wooden stick and the other end is in Yoongi's hand.

"Yoongi! What are you doing here? Are you ok?"

He doesn't answer but turns around in a rage, snatches the wooden stick out of the girl's hand and snaps it easily in half over his knee. The girls instantly look frightened as he glares at them one by one. They all look down at their feet avoiding his gaze.

"Don't be scared of him, remember we outnumber them greatly." Beth yells out stepping forward and the other girls follow her lead, closing in on you and Yoongi.

You look at Yoongi "So what's the plan?"

He looks back and smirks "RUN!" He grabs your hand and pulls you behind him ploughing through the girls and out of the alley. You keep running for a good 5 minutes with him keeping a tight hold of your hand. You stop suddenly, both puffing for air. You look around to see where you are and see you're back at the fountain in town.

"I think we lost them." Yoongi breathes out between puffs.

"Well duh they're not here are they? How did you even find me in the alley?"

He looks at you "Oh um well I was just passing by and saw you were in some trouble..."

You raise an eyebrow "Just passing by? Who just casually passes by an alleyway? The alleyway I was in was quite long. You can't even see the end very well."

"Okkk fine... I wasn't just passing by... I was following you."

"Following me!"

"Not like that! Goodness Cupcake..." He pauses before spitting out his explanation. "I saw you walking by the fountain before and I was already kinda heading in the same direction as you but saw you went to the coffee shop and then into the alley so I just followed you into the alley because it's a bit sus going into an alley alone especially if you're a girl and so I followed you into the alley cos I was curious about the alley and why you were going down there and all that so yeah why the hell did you go down that alley!"

You're studying Yoongi as he explains himself and notice that he's dressed differently from normal. He's wearing a clean pressed black suit with a dark green tie and his hair actually looks brushed today.

"Why are you dressed so fancy? It doesn't suit you."

He looks at you blankly about the fact you've completely forgotten he was explaining himself a second ago.. "I had a business meeting.... But it looks like I missed it because I had to save you." he looks at the time on his watch.

"You didn't have to save me, I would have been perfectly fine on my own!" you snap back.

"Oh yeah right! One little girl against ten others! please you would've been bashed."

"No I wouldn't! And I am NOT LITTLE!"

"Oh come on Cupcake admit it... you're glad I was there." he pats your head to be even more annoying.

"Stop It!" without thinking you push him away as hard as you can. He loses his footing and starts to fall backwards into the fountain. Just before he falls into it, you quickly grab his tie and pull him back towards you. He grabs your waist and your body jerks forward but you manage to steady yourself and stay standing. His body comes smashing into yours as he re-steady's himself brings you more than close together. You look up to see his face right in front of yours, his eyes staring straight at you. You're able to see every up close detail of his face and your eyes drift down to his neck where you notice a long scar by his collar.

I've never noticed this scar before...wonder how he got it?

You look back up to his face, your eyes meeting. A tingle runs through your body as you realize you're still standing close with notice his hand tight on your waist. You both quickly back away from each other avoiding eye contact. You suddenly see Becky behind Yoongi storming towards you.

"Shit bitch alert... she's back." You tell Yoongi and he turns to look.

"Should we run?" he asks.

Before you can answer someone's at your side.

"Hey gorgeous."

Jimin!

You feel an arm slide around your waist and pull you in.
