Siddharth's POV

In the morning, I awoke to find myself nestled against her. It felt comforting, so I lingered a bit longer, burying my face in her neck. She smelled divine, and for a moment, I forgot about the office waiting for me. I planned to leave in ten minutes, but time seemed to slip away as I savored the moment.

However, I soon realized she was awake, attempting to wriggle free from my grasp. Ignoring her protests, I tightened my hold. "Ahh, this old man," she muttered. Old man? I couldn't help but feel a pang; perhaps I needed to remind her of my age.

But she persisted, urging me to release her. I couldn't help but chuckle at her words. "This old man will kill me one day," she remarked. It dawned on me that my wife didn't hold me in the highest regard.

After some time, I noticed she was really struggling under me, so I reluctantly released my grip and sat up. I couldn't resist planting a kiss on her cheek. "Good morning," I greeted, knowing I must have embarrassed her.

"Why do you do such things?" she exclaimed, her cheeks flushing pink.

"Little dove, this is how married couples wake up," I explained, trying to hide my amusement at her reaction. She was too adorable for words.

"Just teaching you to be a good wife," I added playfully, though her reaction was priceless.

"Get ready, it's already late. I'll drop you at college," I said, getting up reluctantly. It was always hard to tear myself away from her.

I also got ready for my office in another room. As I entered the room to find my tie, I noticed Raha was already prepared for her college. She was wearing black pants with a white shirt, looking stunning.

However, I couldn't help but feel uneasy seeing her dressed like that. She looked too young, and no one would guess she was a married woman.

I couldn't shake off the thought that many boys in her college must drool over her. But I couldn't say anything; she might misunderstand my intentions. So, I decided to keep my thoughts to myself and wait.

I approached her, "What?" she asked me, her tone curious.

"I want to eat aloo ka paratha. Can you make it?" I requested. I knew she was already running late for college, but the craving was too strong, and besides, she was excellent at cooking.
