67) We Goin 0 to 100 Real Quick

A/N: This one is pretty long, but I didn't feel like cutting it in half... I probably should have but oh well. 

-Dick POV-

It had been two hours since Nico had left to get Will and Leo who had apparently stopped by camp to give out some more sPhones to a few new campers. They had told Nico to take them to the Gotham telephone booth portal when he was done explaining everything, so all they could do was wait.

Aqualad had told the rest of the team that they didn't need to stay, but everyone seemed excited to meet the two new 'consultants'. While Bruce explained what was going on to the two team members who could touch the knife, the other batboys waited by the Zeta Tube with the team.

They decided that Will and Leo wouldn't know about the Batfam, only Nico. Mostly it was because they didn't need to know, but it was also because they were a little scared of Will. He might kill them for letting Nico risk his life, so it was best he didn't know where they lived.

"DG-1 Ghost King, DG-4 Surgeon, DG-7 Technician."

The three figures walked out of the glowing Zeta Tube and the first thing that Dick noticed was Leo looking like he was gonna burst from excitement while Will looked like he was gonna kill somebody.

The three approached the group and Nico began introducing them. "Everyone this is the Technician and the Surgeon. They do not exist. They were never here. You never met them." Nico leveled a glare at the group and Dick saw the shiver run through them. "They are here as a favor to me, so do not put them in danger by sharing their existence with anyone not present."

Will muttered something in Greek causing Leo to laugh, Cassie to hide a snort, and Nico to face palm.

"What was that?" La'gaan asked, looking at the newcomers skeptically.

Nico let out a sigh. "Because we needed their help so urgently, I had to tell them I was a vigilante. Surgeon is less than pleased." Will muttered again, Nico responded, only for the two to begin bickering while Leo and Cassie laughed.

Bruce entered the room and his eyes were immediately on the demigods. "Those two are taking some time to process everything, but I see that the Surgeon and Technician are here."

Will glared at Bruce, quickly shocking the entire team and making the batboys have to suppress laughs. "And I see that the Bat who endangered my boyfriend's life is here."

Garf's jaw dropped. "Boyfriend?!"

Nico glared at the green kid. "Got a problem with that?"

"No no no no. I'm not saying— it's just... Him? He looks like a golden retriever, and you're..."

Nico rolled his eyes as Leo began to cackle, his nose accidentally lighting on fire.

"Extinguish yourself Fire boy," Nico said, sounding absolutely done with everything.

"Oh shit," he said, the flame going away.

The team just stared at them. "I have so many questions," Kon said before pointing at Nico who was now wearing an orange hoodie that said 'Cabin 7 Councilor' on the front. "But first, where did my jacket go?"

Dick snorted at the question, attempting to hide it with a cough as Nico reached into a shadow and pulled it out, handing it to Kon. "Thanks for letting me borrow it."

Kon smiled at Nico, sliding his jacket back on. "Okay now for the other ones because I feel like it was really brushed over. First off, why can Cassie touch the knives? Where did our teammates go and how are they descendants?"
