I was feeling better the other day so I went out to get lunch with my bodyguard and friend @paulm and when I walked out I saw all the fans and paps outside and it got me a bit overwhelmed and I just could not hold it in any longer.
I just wanna say I do not support anybody getting hate nor do I support bulling be nice to everybody plz. You never know what someone is going through. Thank you for the support you guys have been giving me though out this rough time I really appreciate it.
Anyone else out there that is or has dealt with anxiety and depression your not alone it's an agonizing and long process to recover just take it day by day and remember that there are people that care about you and that are willing to help you
I'm going to leave the comments on so you guys can support each other please be nice and as Harry says treat people with kindness 🙂
