I had another nightmare that night after I cried myself to sleep on Grandma Bella's lap.

In the frightening dream, I had been hiding once again as I felt a hand come down on my shoulder. I knew screaming wouldn't help, so I slowly turned my head to at least catch a glimpse of the person. It was my dad, and next to him was my mom.

"Mom! Dad! You're okay!" I shrieked with joy. I threw my arms around their necks.

Then my mom, Renesmee, lifted her soft-pinkish palm and touched my face. It was her special way of communicating, much like I communicate through the thoughts of others. She showed me pale white people in dark cloaks walking through the forest searching for something. "Jacob? Renesmee?" one of them called out while scanning the trees.

Mom was showing me this as a warning. I had put us all into danger when I had rejoiced for being reunited with them. I tensed as I heard their footsteps advancing towards us. A light breeze moved a few strands of my bronze hair across my face.

(Go, Taylor. Hide behind the bushes over there. Now!) Dad thought urgently towards me. I hadn't realized my shield was down. I did as he commanded and watched in horror as my mom and dad were taken by the enemy.

The nightmare had become too real then, and my dark brown eyes flew open. I was sweating insanely, my head was pounding, and my vision was blurry. This time it was Grandma who comforted me when I awoke. "Are you okay, honey?" she looked extremely concerned.

I tried my best to calm myself, so I would be able to answer. As my eyes adjusted, I examined her appearance for the first time since I had seen the memories.

Grandma Bella had straight, waist-length hair. It was brown just like her eyes used to be, like in the memory Grandpa showed me yesterday. Her eyes were black, as of now, as she glanced at me. She must have not been hunting in a while, because they were usually golden.

I finally found the strength and words to respond. "Yes, ma'am. I'm okay."

She smiled apologetically and pulled me in to a tight embrace. She was a bit stronger than me, so it was difficult to function when she was holding me like this. "Umm.. Grandma? I... can't... breathe..." I managed to choke out. I would have rather thought it to her instead of wasting my breath, but she was shielded from me.

She pulled away with incredible speed as soon as she processed what I was saying. "I'm sorry. I forgot..." she sounded disappointed in herself.

"It's fine. I'm fine! I love you, Grandma," I whispered to her.

I felt like I was three years old again, and with my mom; she and Grandma are very similar. The thought of my mother brought me back to reality. I looked at Grandma with a serious expression on my face. "What are we going to do?" I asked sadly. I didn't have to tell her what I was talking about, even though it didn't relate to the topic we were previously on. She knew.

Her dark eyes stared right into mine, and she stated, "We have a plan." Just as she revealed this, Grandpa Edward appeared out of nowhere. He is the fastest of all my vampire relatives, and maybe even faster than my shape-shifter father. Grandpa came and sat next to me on my bed.

We were in my mom's old room in their cottage. Grandpa Edward told me years ago that he had Meme remodel it into a kid's room as soon as Alice saw her first vision of me. It was remodeled again when Alice saw Elizabeth. It's a comforting place to be when I come to visit my grandparents.

"So, what's the plan?" I questioned him. He looked at me mischievously, and said, "I'm sorry, but I will have to tell you later. First, we must go hunting." I was very disappointed about not knowing the plan yet, but I'm not gonna lie, I did want to hunt.
