Act 7 (True Love?)

Time: Early morning. A week after last act.

Place: Apartment

Kelihatan Liesa muncul di atas pentas. Berpakaian menunjukkan dia baru bangun tidur. Sehelai tuala tersangkut di bahunya. Tangannya memegang telefon bimbit. Rambutnya masih sedikit kusut-masai. Liesa duduk di kerusi. Termenung.

Put on songs. Medley. (To show the things she hv on her mind)

Liesa bermain-main dengan telefon bimbit. Berfikir. Seolah-olah cuba membuat keputusan. Akhirnya dia mula mendail.

Bunyi menguap.

Liesa terhenti. Seorang lelaki muncul dari bilik disebelah di mana Liesa muncul tadi. Lelaki ini bukan lelaki yang sama di kolam mandi seminggu yang lalu. Dia muncul topless

Lelaki II: Good morning, princess!

Liesa: Morning. (Liesa campak tuala kepada lelaki itu) How was your sleep?

Lelaki II: Would be better if I had you with me.

Liesa: I'm trying to be a better person, Eddie. Don't tempt me!

Lelaki II: A better person? You are awesome the way you are! You are smart and beautiful.

Liesa: You don't have to lie to get your breakfast and coffee. I am not that evil. Go find something for yourself in the kitchen.

Lelaki II: Haha, why would I be lying? It is so easy to compliment an amazing woman like you.

Liesa: Oh, do stop. Before I get diabetes. Come, I'll see what I can cook for you.

Lelaki II: And she cooks too! How awesome is that?!

Door bell rings.

Lelaki II: (groans) Awww, spoilt by the bell!

Liesa: Saved by the bell, you mean? :P

Liesa pergi ke pintu. Kembali bersama sejambak bunga.

Lelaki II: Wow, fresh flowers! From an admirer? How many people do I have to compete with?

Liesa: Men or women?

Lelaki II: Ah, a flexible girl with many fans. I have got to be the luckiest guy right now! What an honour for me to have your company on this beautiful day.

Liesa: Ok, enough sweet talking. Why don't you go shower while I see what I can find to feed you.

Lelaki II menjungkit bahu dan berjalan keluar.

Liesa duduk membaca kad yang disertakan bersama jambangan bunga itu. Dia kelihatan sebak.

Bunyi telefon. Diikuti suara lelaki II bercakap. Butirnya tidak jelas.

Lelaki II: (melaung dari dalam bilik) Darling, I am going to have to skip breakfast. I have an urgent meeting and a plane to catch. I'll see you when I am back in town?

Tiada jawapan dari Liesa. Lelaki II menjenguk keluar. Nampak Liesa lalu pergi kepadanya.

Lelaki II: Sayang, sayang... are you alright? (memegang bahu Liesa)

Liesa: (tersentak) Oh, yes. I'm fine. I'm sorry I didn't hear you. I'll see to your breakfast now.

Lelaki II: Oh no, no sweetheart. I told you I have to skip breakfast. I just received a call. I'm going to fly out tonight but I promise, I will straight away see you once I am back in town. Well, after I see the custom officers and the cab driver and the innocent by-standers.
