A/N

If you throw a fork at me or a potato after this chapter I swear to god I will throw them back. Harder. The picture above is a close up of my kitten and he looks so done with life rofl. FYI, he's an American Shorthair. Oh and also what do you think of Adele's new album? I absolutely love Send My Love, I Miss You and Million Years Ago. They are just fantabulous. I'm also sorry for the long wait :)

"Why did you do this to me?"

"Can't you see, Acacia? You can't trust people easily. Sucks that you have to learn it the hard way," she said while checking her already flawless nails.

"B- but you're Nathaniel's mate and Eden's little sister. How dare you turn you back against them," I stuttered in disbelief.

"Oh honey I just did."

-Rewind 5 hours ago-

Although the pain on my leg from earlier decreased, the sting of it remained. Even so, my whole body felt so weak and sometimes I caught myself gasping for air. Axel was in grave danger I could feel it, literally.

I rested my body under a tree and sighed. 'Where is he?' I thought. I know damn well that Axel would never back away in situations like this. He was never a coward. Trust me I've tried mind linking him but every time I did, I'd end up with a throbbing head.

I found a cave and decided to take a nap there. It has been such a long day and I'm exhausted. Plus, I needed the energy to look for Axel later on. I found a huge piece of cloth and decided to make it as a pillow by folding it. Not long later, sleep lulled me in.

I was awaken by the sound of the wind and birds chirping. It was getting dark and I decided to go out to find woods. I knew I should've gotten a torchlight just in case. Stupid me to think that Axel would just come back so easily.

I should've followed my instincts earlier and searched for him a few hours ago. But it was too late to regret my decision now. What's done is done.

I spotted a shard of glass laying around and used it to cut the bottom half of my gown. Folding it neatly, I hid it in case I ever had to use it as a blanket. Now that I can move more freely, I ran into the woods.

Oddly, it seems like there was no firewood at all. I furrowed my eyebrows and tried to think of the area of the woods that I haven't been into yet. There was only one section left but it was stated in the Book Of Werewolf Law that even a Royal cannot go to.

It was land specifically for demons. I've heard a ton of rumors about it like how the sky was always so gloomy and dark yet it never rains. Plants wilted and there was an animal breeding event every day.

That particular section was always a mystery. No one knew what's right or wrong and no one has ever come back alive. It was like a maze- except this time there was no way out. I was left with no choice so I took a deep breath and stepped over the line.

One step.

Nothing.

Two steps.

Silence.

Three steps.

I found myself blacking out.

I opened my eyes slowly and my gaze was met with a concrete wall. I didn't have any clue as to where I am. I tried to move my hands but both hands were tied. I realized whoever did this also tied my legs.

Of course they'd do this!

I tried to search for anything to cut the ropes off but there was literally nothing in this god forsaken room. "There's no point in doing that Acacia," a voice spoke loud and clear. The tone of it was familiar.

"Who the fuck are you?" I hissed still trying to release my body parts. That sounded wrong. The voice chuckled until it turned into a full on laughter.

"You don't recognize me? Shame. Hello it's Ariana Harris."

That bitch.

"Why did you do this to me?"

"Can't you see, Acacia? You can't trust people easily. Sucks that you have to learn it the hard way," she said while checking her already flawless nails.
