This is a super easy tutorial.
1. Open the template below.

2. Open a screen cap. Go to transform and press screen.
3. If you need/want to erase the photo in the squares you don't want it in. Press merge when it looks how you want it to.
4. Do this till all the black boxes are filled up.

5. Your done. You can now go to phonto and add text.
