Cool Effects/Things on PicsArt(not the same as the effects section)

Hey guys, it's summer break! I know this chapter is a bit late, I hadn't even noticed that it was Sunday. This chapter is a collection of things on PicsArt that I use to make my covers even better.

1. Open PicsArt and choose lens flare. Pick whichever one you want(there are many.) The rest is self-explanatory.

2. Open PicsArt and select tools. Here you can choose many cool things, two of my favorites are stretch and enhance. Enhance makes your graphics look brighter and more put together. I use stretch to add cool effects and give my covers a bit more personality. For example, I twisted the clouds to make them look cooler and more dream-like(to fit the title.)

3. Open PicsArt and select tools. Another one of my favorites is motion. With this, you can cut out a specific part of your graphic and drag it to make it look like its moving, or duplicated.
