STEP ONE:
Open Moldiv and click on collage. Click on the template with eight squares.

STEP TWO:
Adjust the template so that the size is 2:3 and there are no space between the pictures.

Insert eight pictures to fill in the space. You can adjust the size and where you want the pictures to be.
