STEP ONE:
Download the app PicsArt Animator. It should look like this:

STEP TWO:
Find a picture that preferably has a one color background unless there's plenty of space to fit in your text. If it cannot be cropped to fit in text, go to the app Moldiv and select collage. Then choose this one:

STEP THREE:
Adjust the frame so that the size is 3:4. Fix the spacing so that there's none and crop the fit so that there's extra space at the bottom.

Add the photo to the bottom and save the photo.
