Dan isn't the kind of guy to "chill" and handle the pressure of breaking rules very well. So when he wakes up in your bed on one morning, he's freaking out. You should never sleep with your co-workers— then again, he did kind of marry Chloe and they met at work. Then he remembers Chloe — how is he gonna tell his ex-wife he slept with you? Wait, why should he even tell? But what if he finds out through someone else?
When Dan shows up at work, he's nervous and unable to relax. Especially when you show up and go over to him, your hands landing on his shoulders and your eyes locking with his. He's panicking, you can tell, but you just laugh it off and insist it's not that big of a deal. To him, though, it clearly is. Which is kinda cute.
