"I got I got I got I got, loyalty got royalty inside my DNA."

My fingers sped across the console, building a massive fort in a matter of seconds. "Come on little bitches, come to daddy." I was playing solo squads, and the final full squad thought it would be a good idea to shoot at the single no skin. Their last mistake.

"Observe the terrified gazelles scrambling to beat the hungry lion." I narrated playfully, the people in my live stream going insane from my comedy. The four inexperienced Fortnite players were trying their best to get up to me, but I could obviously see how bad they were in the slowness of their building. "Time to eat!"

Moving my player off the tower, I launch-padded behind the farthest enemy. One pumping him before he had a chance to turn. Building a tiny base, I peeked up a few times before switching to my legendary bolt and sniping their Omega skin.

There was one poor soul who was actually trying to push me, but switching to my rocket launcher, I blew him up. "Oopsie."

Since I purposely left the first player I knocked on the ground, I knew he was being revived, and I looked around for their hiding place. "Aw guys look, they're in a one by one. That's so cute!"

I gave my gameplay a second, letting the fans see that I was reading their comments. "Mini-gun them? I kinda wanted to let them get up their whole team and kill them again." There were a few people who liked that idea, but everyone else was spamming for the mini gun.

"Fine, let's see if they have enough mats to last through 1.1k small bullets and a legendary mini gun." Powering up the gun, I stared down the camera steadily and spoke my signature words. "Yippee Kay Yay mamafuckers!" The blast of bullets proved to eventually be too much for the last standing player, and finally he eliminated along with the rest of his team.

Turning on my star power emote when the Victory Royale sign showed, I placed down my Ps4 remote and spun towards the camera. "Okay guys, that was my last game for today. Shout out to JDubsStream for the 1k donation, and to Y/n'sbiggestfan, StarPowerisme, and YippeeKayYayJaz for the other donations! To everyone who supported and subbed, you guys are amazing! I wish I could play some more, but I got a date." I glanced briefly at the clock on the PlayStation, and balked at the time I saw. "Holy shit, I'm late! Love you guys, bye."

Rushing to turn off everything, I dashed up the steps, threw on my pre-set outfit - thank you best friend - sprayed some cologne, re-brushed my teeth, and ran towards my garage.

Being a professional gamer definitely had it's perks, and besides millions of dollars, the biggest one was sitting pretty in my garage.

Opening the suicide drivers door, I hurriedly started the car and melted at the purr of the engine. "I only love my car and my mama I'm sorry."

It was a quick drive, and finally I arrived at Six Seven Restaurant. It was the best lunch place, with a beautiful view of the bay, in Seattle.

Fixing my bomber jacket slightly, the cold autumn weather causing my breath to fog, I walked through the classy doors. "Welcome to Six Seven, do you have a reservation?" A well-groomed man in a button up and slacks greeted me.

"Yes, it's under Y/l/n."

He quietly led me to the lavish two seater by the windows, the other seat was empty. I guess she's late too.

A few seconds later, I felt a presence walking towards me. "Hi, my name is Vanessa and I'll be serving you today. May I interest you in a mimosa?"

I didn't bother to look up since she wasn't who I was waiting on, but I did take note of her alluring voice. "No thank you, I'm waiting for my date to come."

I expected her to excuse herself, but she awkwardly didn't move. "Short girl? Really curvy and gorgeous. Karla Jara?"

"Mhm," I replied absentmindedly, beginning to compose a text to my absent date.

"Yeah, she left a few minutes ago. She told me to not too kindly tell you to go screw yourself."

My head popped up, and I finally laid eyes on the waitress. Goddamn.

The woman waiting my table was extremely gorgeous, and if she wasn't wearing the uniform I would have thought she was a super model trying to fool me. Her mesmerizing eyes almost distracted me from what she said. Almost. "I'm only thirty minutes late! What the hell?"

"Only." the waitress, whose name tag read Vanessa, rolled her eyes.

Her attitude and beauty piqued my interest, and I suddenly didn't mind that Karla didn't show. It was only our first date anyway. Her loss.

Sighing, I fixed my most hurting face on, and gazed sadly at the table. "I just can't seem to have an opportunity at happiness. Not since I had to break up with my first love." Draw them in with sympathy, then lay down the moves.

Instead of the compassionate words I was expecting to hear, Vanessa burst out laughing. "Let me guess, she cheated? Wow, if I didn't hear that same line every time someone tried to hit on me, I would have believed you. You deserve an Oscar."

Tilting my head and narrowing my eyes, an impish grin crawled onto my full lips. "What if I actually did get cheated on?"

I expected her to laugh and go wait on her other tables - since she was just standing there talking to me - but to my surprise she leaned a little closer. "With a face like that. Doubt it."

I smiled shyly yet bitterly at her words. "You'd be surprised."

It seemed what I said intrigued her because she sat down across from me, lounging in the chair perfectly like she was getting paid to sit there in a photoshoot. At my questioning glance, she merely chuckled. "You're my last table before I get off, so I can pretty much chill with you unless you object."

Drawn in by the weird casualness of my waitress, my smile widened. "No objection here."

I was gonna write more, but I realized I can get away with ending these stories at weird points, they're one shots!

In other words, writing these is actually making me slowly happier and loving writing again. Who woulda thought.
