Tell the story you want to tell as honestly and earnestly as possible. Don't worry about numbers, or fame, just write out of your love for writing and your love for the characters and readers will notice.

The King. Because Elias thinks of himself as king of the universe (at first) and any sandwich named after him would have to be royal in some regard.
How Much Input from Readers Do You Use for Your Stories?
It depends! If I feel a chapter needs to be tweaked or a part changed/improved to give their input. But I most heavily rely my editor Kristen's input.
What Motivates You to Continue Writing?
Completing the arc of the story in a way that does the character's justice. That, and taking the readers along for the ride.
