Here Prakash calls his bodyguard & confirms that Neil is not in the farmhouse. He beats the bodyguards & ran away after locking them in a room.

Prakash: What will i do know, i have to search Neil before Ashish. Kya karun, kisse baat karun.. haan Vishal.. i should call Vishal.

He dialled a number..

Vishal: Hello, Prakash uncle. Kaise hain aap. Aur ghar mein sab thik hai na..

Prakash: Are kuch thik nhi hai Vishal, bohot badi problem ho gyi hai. Jiska darr tha wahi hua. Neil us ladki ko le kar bhaag gya hai.

Vishal: What.. but apne to use farmhouse mein rakha tha na. Phir kaise?

Prakash: Maine jitna socha tha Neil usse bhi zyada smart nikla. Bodyguards ko room me lock kar ke bhaag gya..

Vishal: What will u do now uncle? I think we should search Neil & that girl.. whats her name.. ahh.. yes avni. I think we should search them before Ashish mehta.

Prakash: You r right Vishal. But i am thinking where are they? Firstly we should check on every bus stand, railway station & airport. Maybe they have gone out of city.

Vishal: I don't think thats a good idea uncle bcoz as u said Neil did all this with a lot of planning as it's not easy to kidnap that girl from mehta mansion, so he won't do this mistake of going through any bus, train or plane this early. Ashish mehta must have checked all those places. And their was a risk of getting caught. So, i am sure they r still in the city or nearby any safe place.

Prakash: You r absolutely right Vishal. Yeh baat to mere dimaag mein hi nhi aayi. But where should we search them now?

Vishal: Don't worry uncle, i will hire some detectives & print a article in newspaper for both missing person & whoever will give any information about them, i will give them a good amount of money.
