TWO YEARS LATER

(Name)'s P.O.V.

Kalos is amazing. It's so gorgeous here. I've traveled the region, earning all the badges and challenging the Pokemon League and whatnot. I was crowned as Kalos's Lady. You've heard of Kanto's Champion Red and Hoenn's Princess Sapphire? Well, I'm Kalos's Lady, (Name).

As I was saying, I'm back in Lumiose, where I first started, where I ended up when I left Gary. Eevee loves it here in Lumiose City, where I've been staying for about a year now. Here, I've learned about fashion designing, and I was able to get an internship. Angela, my boss, has been giving me a home because she thought I had "talent." She had given me an apartment near the design studio.

I decided last that I was going to stop being a Pokemon Trainer and become a designer instead. I found passion in designing. Eevee and my other Pokemon absolutely adore helping me design instead of battle anyway, so why not? I'll do it for my Pokemon- and for myself, of course.

"Eevee! Come on! Angela's gonna have our heads if we don't get there soon!" I panted as Eevee and I ran along the streets of Lumiose, trying to get to the studio.

"Eve!" Eevee replied. Finally, we came to a stop in front of the building we were looking for.

Inside, it was busy- as usual. Designers were drawing outfits for advertisements modeled by their Pokemon or other people, others were chasing their Pokemon around, trying to get them to try on outfits, while cameras flashed, capturing photos of both Pokemon and humans for next week's issue of Lumiose Weekly, the famous magazine.

"(Name)! You're late!" Angela snapped impatiently. Angela used to be a model, and you can tell by the way she dresses and the way she holds her head high. Though her attitude can be a bit irritating, she's a very nice person- most of the time.

"I'm sorry, Angela! Munchlax wouldn't stop eating this morning," I apologized. "If you want, I can sew together some of the designs I brought you yesterday." Angela nodded and clapped her hands eagerly.

"Oh, yes, those! Those designs were lovely, my dear, you have such immense talent!" She beamed at me, forgetting that she was mad at me for being late in the first place. "Please do start making those!"

"Yes, ma'am." I gave her a nod before heading to the sewing room. I planned on making an outfit for Buneary today. Buneary was very precious to me, second only to Eevee. She was a gift from my friend in Sinnoh, named Dawn.

"Bun-ear!" Buneary chirped as she sprung out of her Pokeball. I smiled at her. Why was she so adorable?

"I'm going to need to take a few measurements, so if you're a good girl I'll give you a dry poffin- the ones you like- for lunch later, okay?"

"Buneary!" Buneary replied as it allowed itself to be measured. As I sat there measuring Buneary with my yellow tape, I wondered... how was Gary doing? It's been two years since I left him. I wondered how he was.

Wait, since when did I care about that cocky asshole? Ugh, never. I shook the thought out of my head and continued to work. The past is in the past. I don't need to think about things like that. I don't have time.

A few hours later, Buneary's outfit was finished. It consisted of a little orange scarf, a small pink and white striped sweater, and an adorable little beret with an orange flower on top.

"You look adorable, Buneary!" I gushed as Buneary looked at itself in the mirror, not recognizing itself. It shot me a confused look.

"Bun-ear?" It asked. I giggled. I picked Buneary up and brought it to Angela so she could critique the outfit. Angela gave Buneary a once-over and an approving nod.
