I woke with dad banging on my door something about us meeting the Sheriff about a robbery last night
"Licia get down here now!" Dad yells from downstairs
"Don't say anything that you aren't supposed to" Dad whispers for the tenth time as he's gripping my arm guiding me with Isaac in front we arrive at the crime scene,
Sheriff Stilinski strolls over to the three of us with a small notebook in his hands "Mind if I asked you two some questions?" He asked me and Isaac nod "what are your names?" he asked
"it's Lahey Isaac Lahey" Isaac said
"Alicia Lahey" I said
Sheriff Nods his head while writing our names down "you work for your father?" He asked
"Isaac does Alicia is too young for that yet" Dad said
"when he's not in school which is where he's supposed to be in twenty minutes" Dad said
"Yeah I understand that but I've got a missing teenage girl and out K-9 unit led us here she's not wearing any clothes and if she's out here tonight and the temperature really drops-" Sheriff explains
Isaac stuffs his hands in his jacket pockets "I'm sorry we didn't see anything" Isaac said
Dad Snickers "Trust me if he saw a naked girl outside a computer screen he'd remember?" dad said
I carefully take a step closer to Isaac Dad already seems on edge Isaac wraps one arm around me making it look like I'm cold and not trying to get away from our dad,
Sheriff watches the movement "How'd you get that black eye Isaac?" He asked
Me and him tense at the question does he know or is he just making an innocent question.
"School," Isaac said
"School fight?" Sheriff asks
Isaac shakes his head No "Nah Lacrosse," Isaac said
"You play, my son plays also" Sheriff said
"how about you Alicia what happened to your cheek and lip?" He asked
"Skateboarding accident," I whispered
I look up then double take seeing a man at the tree line staring at us I was confused why does he look familiar? I thought
"Is ugh- something wrong Isaac? Alicia?" Sheriff asked us
he turns around and the man is gone
"I was just remembering I actually have morning practice to get to," Isaac said
"One more question you get many grave robberies here?" Sheriff asked
"A few" Isaac nods answering the question
"What'd they take?" I asked
"Her liver," Sheriff said
