Forth stayed in his room because he was pissed at his father bringing someone in their lives without telling him.

He knew his mother was no longer with them since he was seven but he thought that his dad was okay with just the two of them together. He was not ready for anyone in their lives especially someone who he knew would replace his mother.

He is just sixteen and even if his dad is still young he really cant accept that they will be having a woman in their home aside from his dead mother.

He played a mobile game to stop all the thoughts that has been filling his troubled mind since his father told him about a woman he wanted to bring home today.

He is so engrossed with his game when a knock sounded at the door which he stubbornly ignored.

"Young master, your father wanted to talk to you" one of the household staff carefully i formed him from outside.

Forth just briefly looked at the door but he returned back to his phone and continued with his game.

The door become quite again and he just continued with the game. He no longer noticed how long has he been staying in his room when his stomach growled.

"Young master, your father is asking you to join them for lunch" another household staff knocked at his door.

He just stared at the door but did not say anything and stubbornly ignored his father.

"Young master, your father is waiting for you" the staff added.

Forth still choose not to respond and he just lied down on his bed and stared at the ceiling.

"Son, please...open the door. Its getting late, lets eat" Forth abruptly turned to the door when he heard hos fathers pleading voice.

They have been also close when his mother died and he thought his father is contented with their set up. His father has been his perfect father and bestfriend and it really hurt him when he told him that he is seeing someone special and he brought her today.

"Forth please, give me a chance son, please" his father pleaded and Forths resolved is melting. He love his father so much and his father pleading this way is too much for him.

He stand up and went to the door. He just hold the doorknob while still thinking but he unlocked it anyway and opened the door.

"Son, please lets eat" his father looked at him lovingly when he peeked on the small opening.

Forth pouted but he still opened his door wide and went out to face his father.

"Lets have lunch. I wont insist on you anymore but just give me a chance to introduce her to you. If you wont like her then I wont insist son" his father looked at him intently and assured him.

He knew his father to be a very credible man an dhe believe his every word. Forth just nodded and walked beside his father silently.

They arrived in the dining room and a beautiful lady is sitting in the left side of the table and a boy beside her. His eyes stucked to the boy who is smiling at him very sweetly.

The boys clear eyes and perfect brow complimented his very pale skin, pointed nose amd red moist lips.

He took his seat on his usual place and looked at the lady across him, she smiled warmly and Forth nodded at her with a very reserved smile.

His eyes turned to the boy beside the lady who is still smiling at him.

"Ahmm...son please meet Hallie and her son Beam. Hallie, Beam, this is my son Forth" his father started to introduced them to each other.
