so here are the changes:
voldemort properly died after the first wizarding war
lily and james and harry live
sirius never goes to azkaban
peter never betrays them
regulus died destroying all of the horcruxes
james killed voldemort when he came into godrics hollow because he had his wand, and voldy was weak because his horcruxes were destroyed
REGULUS IS NOT DEAD (I am adding this here as the comments on this chapter about Regulus' death would be confusing if I removed the part where it says he dies)
