▶ I Love You ~ Surf Mesa ft Emilee

I love you baby and
If it's quite alright...
I need you baby,
To warm these lonely nights...
I love you baby
Trust in me when I say...

Jungkook smiled at Taehyung's soulful singing, pressing the instructed keys. It was hard but for now he was confident with where the base notes were.

"You enjoy music, don't you?" Jungkook asked.

"Of course. I had half a mind to audition for becoming an idol but then I scrapped that because I thought I would have to dye my hair weird colours and do stupid aegyo for preteens."

Jungkook snickered.

"Of course I realised later that it is not just that and involves a shit ton of hard work. But I got more interested in modelling. I was so naive."

"Well, what happened to the group your company is launching?"

"I don't know, I haven't been keeping track."

Jungkook played the little piece again, Taehyung pecking his lips in appreciation once he finished.

It was a relaxed Sunday morning and Jungkook had dragged Taehyung to finally teach him the piano. Tae wanted to talk about last night but Jungkook wasn't having it. In the end, Taehyung dropped the topic but he was still curious to know why. It was rare for Jungkook to not tell him something so he didn't want to push too much.

"You're a fast learner, Kook. I was struggling to remember where E was and where A was. It took me three months."

"Quit being modest, you have years of practice now! Before you got this piano, where did you play?"

"Oh well, I started classes when I was five. So thrice a week, I'd play on my tutor's piano. On weekends, I snuck into the local church and played in the choir after mass. I always dreamt of owning one of these and now I have it."

Jungkook nodded.

"I know what you mean. I...never thought of owning anything except a motorcycle. Like, my father had this rickety old truck for his farming needs and I sat in the back when we went around the lands. But the county policemen used to come around on these big noisy motorcycles and I loved riding them. It made me feel free."

Taehyung grinned at the way Jungkook's eyes lit up at the memory.

"When we moved to Busan, in my senior year of high school, Jaesang, my reckless best friend, took me to an illegal biking track."

"Really?"

"Yeah. I fell and broke my arm due to the speed I was driving at. You cannot imagine how livid my mother was!" he laughed, shaking his head.

"You really were a dare-devil! I'd quite like to see that side of yours."

"Ahhh no, that phase is done and dusted."

I'm never going back to that again.

Jungkook shivered involuntarily but Taehyung didn't notice.

"Too bad. You'd make a hot bad boy. I'm getting kinda... turned on thinking about that."

"Are you now?" Jungkook smirked, his hands going to Taehyung's nape. He was glad to have the conversation shift.

Taehyung bit his lips, enticing Jungkook to claim them in his own. The kiss grew heated, as their hands wandered every inch of each other's torso.

Soft moans and sighs filled the air as Jungkook easily straddled Taehyung's lap.
