IT'S A LARGE FIELD SURROUNDED BY DENSE FOREST. The mist is heavy; it's overcast, grey. Suddenly, the quiet is broken by emmet being flung through the air.

He lands hard on his back, but immediately springs up to face Jasper, the person who threw him.

"Again." Emmett stated

Include Carlisle, Esme, Me, Alice and Rosalie who watch them spar.

I saw that Edward and Bella arrive next to Jasper jeep. Edward and Bella climbs out, head into the field together. Halfway across, Edward stops

"They're here." Edward stated

From out of the mist skulk eight giant wolves, as wary and on-edge as the Cullen's are. Emmet recognizes Paul-wolf; their eyes meet, both itching for a rematch.

I nudge emmet shoulder making him looking at me, he nods

"Two more have join the pack." Bella said

"They're young. Very young." Edward stated

Carlisle joins Edward who read the pack's mind.

"They don't trust us enough to be in human form." Edward told him

"They're here. That's what matter." Carlisle told him

"Will you translate?" Carlisle asked Edward

Edward reads Sam mind

"He says they'll watch and listen, but that's the most we can ask of their self-control." Edward says

"That will be fine. Jasper and Zane has experience with newborns. They'll  teach us how to defeat them." Carlisle stated

"They want to know how these "newborns" differ from us." Edward told him

"They're a great deal stronger than than us, because their own human blood lingers in their tissues. Our kind is never more physically powerful than in our first several months of this life." He told them

The pack takes this in. Carlisle nods to Jasper and Zane to take over. Jasper and Zane are initially uncomfortable with both the wolves and the attention. But steps forward

"Carlisle's right. That's why newborns are created for armies." Zane stated

"One of them—Quil—he wants to know how many vampire constitute an army. He seems to be made...nervous by the term." Edward states

If it's possible for a wolf to look embarrassed, Quill does. Jasper laughs

"Army" is an expression for a large number of newborns. The good news is, they are not in the thousands, like a human army." Jasper stated

"The bad news is, no human army could stand against them. But they're untrained, and their thirst will make them wild. Volatile. That can work in our favor." Jasper told them

As Jasper moves to the center of the field for a demonstration, he frowns more commanding, the long dormant leader in him resuming control.

He looks so good. Thats wrong I should't be think about this right now.

Zane walks up toward Jasper and stands besides him

"The two most important things to remember are, first, never let them get their arms around you. They'll crush you so fast your head will spin. Second, never go for the obvious kill. They'll be ready for that. And you'll lose. Emmett? Don't hold back." Jasper told Emmett

"Not in my nature." Emmett smirked

Emmett charges Jasper with impossible speed, but Jasper is virtual blur. Emmett lungs several times, his strong arms grabbing at air.

"You can have to come at them from the side, and keep moving. Always moving." Zane stated as they continued to fight

Emmett lunges again with similar results, until suddenly he freezes—Jasper has him from behind, his teeth an inch from Emmett's throat.

Bella is taken aback by Jasper's skill. And there's an impressed rumble among the watching wolves

Everyone takes sparring with Jasper and even a little with Zane just to give Jasper a break. They're all blurs, which become visible.

It was now my time to spar with Jasper, we had a stand off staring in each others eyes.

He smirks at me and tips his head

Me and Jasper spar, spiraling twisting. Jasper launches at me with my eyes glazed over, not looking at him. I see him moves before he makes them. I jump up into a tree, looking down at Jasper as he twist and turns to find me nowhere in sight.

I jumped down from the tree perched on his back: I kiss him lips, he smirks

"Gotcha." I smirked hopping off his back

Edward and Carlisle attack one another, but Edward can read Carlisle mind which gives him the advantage. He twirls beyond Carlisle's grasp, then slams into him delivering a vicious body blow.

"Focus on speed, agility, keep your opponent off guard.."

The wolves rise or pace, watching intently, itching to get into the fray but holding back

"Use their momentum against them..."

After the sparing was over I go over to Rosalie and Alice and talk strategies with them. They told me to use my powers.

"Zane was right, you could probably take a whole army of newborn out with a flick of a finger. You're powerful, Delilah." Alice told me

"I saw it..." Alice told me

My eyes widen at Alice

Rosalie looks to Alice

"What do you mean? What did you see?" Rosalie asked her

Alice looks to me

"When we're out on the field, you burst out with a lot of your scarlet energy." Alice told me

You nod your head

You start to walk toward Bella and Jasper until you heard

"I thought what Maria and I had was love. But I was just her puppet. She pulled the strings. I didn't know there another way...until I found Alice. She seen me coming, of course. After I found Alice and the family. I met Delilah, and she was it for me. I can't see myself with anyone else. And now I have her forever and ever." Jasper told Bella his story

I knew everyone story in the family

"Kept my waiting long enough." I told him

"My apologies, ma'am." He tips his head at me with respect

"I don't know what I'd have become without her." Jasper told me

I wrap my arms around Jasper from behind him

"Ssh. You'll never have to be that again." I whispered to him

I lean in to kiss him and he kisses me back. As he turns us around we deepen the kiss. Bella looks away smiling at the loving couple.
