Overture

Narrator: " once upon a time, there was a glowing city protected by golden gates know as heaven. It was ruled by beings of pure light. Angels worshipped good and shielded all from evil, Lucifer was one of these angels, he was a dreamer with fantastical ideas for all of creation. But, he was seen as a troublemaker by the elders of heaven. For they felt his way of thinking was dangerous to the order of their world. So, he watched as the angels began to expand the universe. From dust of earth, they had created: Adam and Lilith. Equals to the first of mankind but despite this, Adam demanded control and Lilith refused to submit to his will. She fled the garden, drawn in by her fierce independence, Lucifer found her and the 2 fell deeply in love. Together, they wished to share the magic of free with humanity, offering the fruit of knowledge to Adam's new bride; Eve, who gladly accepted. But this gift came with a curse, for this act of disobedience, evil finally found its way into earth. With it, a new realm of darkness and sin. And the order heaven worked to maintain was shattered. As punishment for their reckless act, heaven cast Lucifer and his love into a dark pit he had created, never allowing him to see good that come from humanity, only the cruel and the wicked. Ashamed, Lucifer lost his well to dream. But Lilith thrived, empowering demon kind with her voice and her songs. And as the numbers of hell grew, so did its power. Threaten by this, heaven made a truly heartless decision. That every year, they would send down an army, an extermination, to ensure hell and its sinners could never rise against them. But Lilith's hope remained, and her dream was passed down to their precious daughter, the princess...of hell. "

The book closes as the person who is narrating was dipper himself. He was his and Mabel's room as he looks over to the rest of pentagram city with a somber look on his face, it had been a week since the end of the yearly extermination and the arrival of alastor, dipper then said to himself...

Dipper: I really hope she really is right about this...this has gone long enough...

???: Dipper?

Dipper, looked behind him, revealing Charlie, he and Mabel's mother. She sat by her 'son's' bed before noticing the story of hell book in his arm. She looks at him and said.

Charlie: keeping your mind off by reading?

Dipper, nodded before asking.

Dipper: mom? Have you heard anything from grandma yet?

Charlie, no, not yet, I know it's been awhile...7 years awhile, BUT I'm sure she'll give us a call, sooner or later.

Dipper: I hope so.

Charlie: good, never lose hope, son.

She then Kisses his forehead before, keekee lands onto, dippers lap as he chuckles a little.

Charlie: now come on! Alastor, has a made a commercial for us!

Dipper: (sigh) okay.

She then got up and left the room but leaving the door open just so, dipper can catch up with her. Until suddenly, the extermination clock tower ringing in the background as, dipper looked back at it, knowing that the full next year will be the next extermination as usual.

The screen then went static before we see a sinner stabbing another one to death before the screen stopped glitching by when alastor's hand or body or even face in view, it glitches out as he announced to them.
