Only ten years prior to the arising of the powerful religious terrorist group, The Shroud, Avery Carter just became a Navy SEAL under a brand new group whose tactics are questionable. This group is known as The Raptors and they prey upon both militants and civilian threats. As the conflagration of the Middle East spirals out of control the Raptors are sent in to fight the fire by taking down a string of targets that trace back to Al Qaeda. The US is still blood thirsty from the recent 9/11 attack only three years ago.
As Avery Carter gets his feet wet in covert operations, Al Qaeda has something in store for the Middle East, something that will unite them and restore some former glory to the once powerful Arab peoples, and retaliate against the world.
Avery Carter with the Raptors must traipse across the Middle East in search of a small tactical group working with Al Qaeda, as they unleash mayhem as they near the rich Oil Fields of Saudi Arabia.
