I stepped up to the front door behind my father. Two men opened the black doors and I took a step forward into the mansion. I gasped at how beautiful it looked!

Our footsteps echoed throughout the massive building and we soon found ourselves inside the kitchen. There were 5 tall men sitting on black stools that surrounded a large marble top table. A few of them were communicating while two of them were on their phones and computers looking busy and focused. I stepped shyly behind dad and he looked down at me. "Don't worry, Lia. They're your brothers."
When they heard him talk, all eyes turned to him then to me. I looked to the floor, feeling more anxious by the second. Suddenly I was swept into the air by strong arms and pulled into a hug. I didn't try to pull away as I froze to the spot, taken by surprise.
"Idalia! It's really you!" A soft voice mumbled into my ear.
"Alessandro! Take it easy on her." My father hissed. His powerful voice was enough to make my brother step back. He stroked his neck and sighed.
"Right, sorry Sorella. I was just excited to see you... I'm Alessandro, your oldest brother." He gave a toothy grin in my direction. I smiled briefly but said nothing. The silence didn't last long as another of my brothers stood and walked up to me.
"I am Frank! Third oldest. It's so lovely to see you again, Pumpkin!" He opened his arms and I giggled as he pulled me into a tight hug. When he let go my gaze wandered to the other three.
"I am Donny! Second oldest! You look beautiful, Tesoro." He complimented. My mood brightened. That was the first time someone has said something nice to me. Memory stored! The other two had stone faces the entire time. They appeared to be studying me.
"Tony..." one of them mumbled.
"Embry." The other one replied coldly. Usually most people would've been hurt that their brothers weren't happy to see them but I was happy I wasn't punched, kicked, burnt or thrown at something or something thrown at me. So I smiled my best smile at them. There was a moment of silence before Alessandro spoke.
"Father, there was some new paperwork that came in and I need your help to take a look through it."
Father nodded and looked at Donny.
"Show her her bedroom?"
Donny eyes lit up and he picked me from the floor and carried me up the stairs. I was expecting a small closet room with a mattress and an old blanket of the sort or even just an empty room.
Imagine my surprise when he opened the door that revealed an entirely white and cream based room with a comfy looking bed and thing white curtains that draped over the concerns of the windows. There was another door that I presumed lead to a bathroom and on the wall closest to the door there was a large cream wardrobe.
My jaw fell to the floor and I heard chuckling behind me.
"We hope you like it! The wardrobe is empty but we can buy you some clothes to put in there. The bed is fresh and clean. The door over there leads to the bathroom." He explained each detail of the room but I was hardly listening. Who cares about clean sheets?! I LOVED the room! I ran and jumped onto the bed. The mattress sunk slightly even under my petite body and concerning weight. It was like laying on a cloud!
I sighed in relief. Donny cleared his throat. "The rest of the rooms are just down the hall. Feel free to wander! Don't go in Alessandro's office without permission from himself or one of us. Do you know how to get back to the kitchen?"
I nodded. I was quick to memorise everything in case this was a dream or I was in a coma and this was a trick my brain was playing on me. Donny smiled and closed the door. I laid on the bed for a few more seconds before I walked over to the bathroom door and opened it.
