[Its] the only way. By swimming.
It's really painful because the water is so salty.
A few years ago he spotted a tiny island in the Dead Sea. The twenty-four-year-old traveled in search of the island.
T-minus one day.
[Where they] spent a week explaining the desert, the ruins, and the Red sea. Then he and his friends rented a car and headed to the border. Three hours before they could cross, a shuttle dropped them in [a cold bay].
The next morning they headed off for the Dead Sea.
T-minus zero days.
The Dead sea is nearly ten times as salty as average ocean water. Exploring around require[s] a unique set of supplies. Swimming goggles, extra water, [a] compact down jacket for cold dessert night[s], [and] hiking boots.
T-minus zero hours. [Are you] ready for the island?
From a distance it wasn't even worth it. The group would stay while the others swam to the island. Salt water stung the eyes and dried the[ir] mouths.
On the island they basked [and baked] in the sun [and] head[s] snapp[ed, no one had time to ask why any of them worried to die at the Deadly Salty Sea?]
