For I was too caught up
With my emotions for you
That I didn't even notice
How you were scrambling
Falling apart before my very unseeing eyes
I really believed I knew you
But now, the person behind that mask
Is a stranger
I wish I could help
But I am being pushed away
You're not the person I love
Is she gone?
Shouldn't be mourning
But I just can't help it
My eyes are opened
For love has been replaced by fear
