Chapter 62 - Villain Infiltration

What was supposed to be a peaceful walk back to the dorms, turned into the takedown of a major villain real quick. Katsuki still felt the adrenaline rush through his veins when he saw Dabi go down, his body twitching in the aftermath of being tased. UA should really just get rid of all the damn trees on this hill. It was way too easy to hide in the forest and infiltrate campus with all the foliage.

Guess that same coverage gave them some privacy too, keeping students away from prying eyes like those press vultures. But it was a safety hazard nonetheless and they should really mention this to Nezu sometime.
"Do you think that'll keep him knocked out?" Izuku asked, still holding onto his defensive stance as he carefully approached the villain.

"If he wakes up, I'll tase him again" Katsuki stated, clenching the small black device tightly in his hand. Izuku nodded, taking out his phone without taking his eyes off Dabi.
"I'm going to call Eraserhead, we need to be prepared for the possibility the League has infiltrated the school. We need to lock down campus and make sure all students are accounted for"

Seems like Izuku's hero switch was flipped just now. Katsuki couldn't say he was surprised, he was also thinking up their next steps, a plan to take down however many enemies were left. Calling Aizawa sensei was a logical first response. They needed to get an experienced hero to take care of Dabi and get word of his infiltration out to the faculty in order for the school to take their own measures. It didn't take long for Aizawa to answer the call.

"This better be a life or death situation-"

"Eraserhead, we have reason to believe the League of Villains has infiltrated UA High" Izuku started, like he was rambling off some mission report.
"We intercepted Dabi in the forest to the east of the dormitories. He's been subdued, there were no sightings of other villains with him but we can't be certain he's the only one. What do you want me to do with him?"

Katsuki could hear Aizawa curse through the phone now that he stood next to Izuku. Yeah, you'd get pissed off by less than yet another villain attack.
"Don't move, I'm heading your way now" Aizawa responded.
"Is there someone else with you right now?"
"Yes, Kacchan is with me" Izuku answered.

"Of course... Make sure he doesn't leave, wait for me and don't do anything, understood?"
"Understood" Izuku confirmed before Aizawa broke off the call.
"So what's the plan?" Katsuki asked, glancing aside at his boyfriend.
"Stay here until sensei arrives" Izuku sighed, frowning a bit.
"He sounded off on the phone..."

"A villain infiltrated the school, you expect him to sound cheery?" Katsuki grunted.
"That's not it! He sounded weird...and his orders are strange. Stay here? While there could be other villains out there? Why not let me meet him halfway or send more teachers to escort him somewhere secure? He didn't even mention UA measures" Izuku argued. Okay, that was fucking weird.

Katsuki knew how his former homeroom teacher had acted during the attack on the training camp. He wanted all the students inside immediately. Everyone needed to be safe and accounted for. But right now not even a single alarm or warning sounded over campus, as if it was just an ordinary afternoon. Even if they managed to bypass the initial alarms, the school should be able to manually activate them. It didn't make any sense at all...

Dabi groaned as he slowly got some feeling back in his limbs, only to get hit by the electric current again, making him twitch and squirm. Damnit! After everything he'd been through, all the fights he had with quirks so powerful people trembled beneath their feet, this is how he'd been taken down?! A taser?! A fucking taser?! This couldn't be more humiliating! He was Dabi for crying out loud! DABI! And he was being subdued by a quirkless teen with a lousy taser!
