Staring at the two teens kneeling infront of Lan Qiren,Lan Xichen sighed as he never thought his brother would do such a thing while Jiang Cheng and Nie Huaisang looked worried as they were also in fault but was too scared to go to their Wei-xiong and Jiang Yanli was also worried for Wei Wuxian

"Wei Wuxian,you've broken two rules here and not only two but you've broken a lot of rules in just 1 week of studying here,aren't you ashamed of yourself!?"Lan Qiren exclaimed and Wei Wuxian just kept looking down with no emotions on his face
"Lan Wangji,tell me the truth,I know you didn't really drink with him"Lan Qiren hopefully said "he let you in to his room and force you to drink for you to ruin your reputation isn't right!?"Lan Qiren said as this was Su She's last words

"No,he's not trying to ruin my reputation,I was curious of the drink and tried it by myself"Lan Zhan spoke making Lan Qiren to look at his nephew

"I didn't want to ruin his reputation as he will always be the role model of each disciples,this must be a misunderstanding so don't drag my parents in this discussion!"Wei Wuxian said while still looking down

"How dare you speak to me with that tone! So I'm right you're parents must've left you since they're unable to teach you some right manners!Uh!"

"Look at me when you speak to me!"Lan Qiren exclaimed and Wei Wuxian slowly looked up and as he looked up Lan Qiren widened his eyes at was he just saw

"Uncle,what do you mean by that?"Lan Xichen asked as he worriedly walked towards his uncle

"This kid,hi..his eyes turned red!"Lan Qiren said and lots of gasps from the disciple and guest students we heard

"Grandmaster Lan you must be mistaken,I can't do that"Wei Wuxian said with a low tone

"Uncle you must've been mistaken,continue now with the punishment so that this would be done"Lan Xichen said as he always believe that Wei Wuxian is such a nice kid and just a nuisance

"Give them 15 hits!"Lan Qiren exclaimed and the disciples starting hitting the two young men who are kneeling

"S..stop!let go of Lan Zhan he doesn't have to do with any of this!"Wei Wuxian said as he was afraid that with 15 hits Lan Zhan's back would hurt without minding himself

"Stop being selfless ah-xian!" jiang cheng whispered to himself

"I take responsibility as I've broken a rule now shut up"Lan Zhan coldly said making Wei Ying to look at him with sad eyes
