Before I give the form, it is important that you should know that I would only be critiquing two chapters for free (the prologue is counted as a chapter) if you exceed beyond two, there would be payment. That payment is just simple. Only a follow on my main account which is @PainlessAgony and pretty much it. However, I would only take a maximum of four chapters.
