I finished reading the doctor note and we arrived home a got out of the taxi and pick up Michael him and carry him into that house and put him down on the couch and walk into the kitchen and I phoned Matt

He answered and said " hi Jake do you need me to babysit Michael today"

I said "actually I need you to take me shopping i will explain everything when get here" about 15 minutes pasted and the door bell rings and I go open open the front door and it was Matt a said come In and we go to the kitchen

I said "Matt I took Michael to the doctor today and the doctor said the reason Michael like this is because he has brain damage as he has a mind like a toddler and his mind will only because more like a toddler so we will have to teat him like a toddler and I gave the  doctor note

He reads it and and said "Jake if you want I go shopping for the stuff on the list"

I said "ok thanks just let me know how much everything this and I e-transfer you the money"

He said "ok and Matt left and I go to my brothers room and I find the H6 drug so I go to the living room and I see him sleeping so I decided I tell him later"

Matt prov

I get ABDL store and pick out a crib, stroller, playpen and high chair and I go to the till and pay with my credit card and I texted Jake the price and I drive to jakes house and Jake and I set up Michael new room

we go to the living room and set up the playpen

after Matt and I set up the playpen, I wake Michael and put him in the playpen

I said Michael that doctor told me you will have the mind of a toddler, so you will have to treat you like a toddler and the reason is that you took his drug and pulled it out
So you did this to yourself but don't worry as I be here for my baby brother

Michael said, "I'm your older brother"

I said not anymore and the doctor said you will never get better so you're my little better now, and will be treated a toddler

I think can't believe I just said Jaky and wromise my brother name is jake and its promise I have to try again

Jake said see Michael you are now even talking like a toddler/ baby so the just proves it

I got mad, but Jake change the Channel on the TV and  Paw Control was on, and I thought I love this show it not the silly news

I change the Chanel to Paw control and Michael instantly started watching it  and mat and I went into the kitchen I said thanks Matt

He said no problem and he then leaves

I go on my phone and go on Amazon and I order sippy cups, bibs and clothes  and sheets and blanket with paw control on the and Michael sand day delivery  a few hours past and the stuff arrived so i went and made my brother room put his now sheets and blanket in his crib and the went to the living room and pick him up out of the playpen and took him up to his room he saw it, and he gets big smile on hid face I then put him don't ant take off hid old clothes and put the new paw control themed one on him, and he said Thanks Jaky

I said so you like your new clothes

Michael said "Wes"

I take Michael to the living room, put him into the planpen

And I go on my phone watched YouTube haft an hour later I smelled poop, so I got up and check Michael diaper and I said let's get my stinky little boy diaper changed into a new diaper and I changed him

Michael said, "thanks daddy"
