It was just another bright and beautiful day in Atlanta, the birds were singing and the cold morning breeze blew softly. I laid on my bed and I wasn't ready to wake up because I was having a very good dream. In the dream I was with a very beautiful girl She had an adorable blonde hair and irresistible blue eyes
She was so amazing when she was talking to me her voice sounded like the voice of an angel. Moments later she told me that she loves me so much and brought her lips forward for a kiss I couldn't resist so I brought my lips forward too. Suddenly I heard a loud noise in the background the sound was so loud it woke me up from sleep. "What was that" I said in fear. Then I Tilted left and saw my alarm clock right next to me and behold it was 8:30am. "Oh my gosh I'm late for school". Immediately Isaw I was late for school I started getting ready as soon as possible and when I was done getting ready I looked in the mirror smiled and went downstairs as fast as I could but when I arrived I saw something happening that I have never seen before my dad was making breakfast normally the only person who usually makes breakfast is my mom so, it was totally normal seeing my mom make breakfast but seeing my dad do it is quite unusual. "Dad why are you making breakfast"? I asked. "I'm trying to prove to your mom that I'm a better cook than her" my dad said. "No you're not" my mom said with doubt let's ZJ be the judge of this . "ZJ you are gonna taste both of our cooking and you will tell us the one you like better" my dad said. "It's probably going to be moms cooking but okay let's see who's cooking is better". After I said this my mom and dad placed the food they made on the dining table for me to taste I sat down and got ready to judge my mom made the delicious Panama traditional dish guisada.

I got ready to judge my parents cooking. When they placed it on the dining table I first tasted the guisada and oh my it tasted heavenly but I was surprised when I tasted the remen it was also delicious "wow Dad you actually pull this off you know I actually thought that if you tried cooking . something will catch on fire"(I said). Suddenly the frying pan caught on fire.
