Yet another year has passed since your engagement brunch and the blip. Another year without the love of your life. Another year thinking about what could've been, what would've been, what should've been.

You rolled out of bed and made your way to the bathroom to freshen up. You trudged to the kitchen and lazily made yourself a bowl of cereal, almost missing the bowl when you poured the milk. Thank goodness Steve was there to move the bowl at the last second. Not that it would've made a difference though. You'd still be eating breakfast without Wanda.

Without the smell of her french toast filling the compound and without her playlist for cooking blasting through her phone as she danced around the island mixing and whisking away.

You didn't like how quiet the compound always seemed to be. It was calmer, but it was too calm. It felt lonely.

You missed Wanda more and more with every passing day. It's been hard having to go on with your life without her in it, but that could all change today.

A few days ago when Scott showed up on the security cameras, it gave you a glimmer of hope. Hope that you could see her again. Hope that you could hold her and never let her go again. You could bring your Wanda back to you. But you couldn't get your hopes up, not yet, so you carried on with the rest of your morning like every other morning.

It was now the afternoon and you were getting ready to complete the time heist. You clutched the necklace with the ring on it to your heart while whispering to it, "I'm gonna bring you back." You tucked the necklace into your shirt and got your suit on.

You were now standing on the platform with the rest of your current team, ready to try and bring everyone back.

"See ya in a minute."

You're all back on the platform. Yes, all of you that were on the platform before the time heist were now back on the platform with all six infinity stones.

Bruce puts on the glove and you all stand back waiting for him to snap and bring back everyone, including your Wanda.

He snaps his fingers and there's a flash of white. He falls to the ground with a loud thud.

Suddenly, the faint sound of a phone vibrating catches Clint's attention. He slowly approaches it and sees his wife's picture on the screen. He eventually picks it up and he hears his wife's voice for the first time in 5 years. He starts to tear up and at that moment you know that it had worked.

Tears started to form in your own eyes and a smile crept onto your lips, then out of the blue, a blast.

You open your eyes to find your left leg trapped under some rubble. You try to move it off, but you're not strong enough, or so you thought. You unexpectedly get this surge of adrenaline, remembering that you could see your Wanda again, but not if you were stuck under this rock. You channelled that want to be with her again to push the boulder off your leg and set yourself free.

You eventually find your way out of the rubble and see Thanos. The one who turned your Wanda into dust. You wanted to go over to him and kill him on the spot, but luckily a portal opening strikes your attention. More portals begin to open and it seems like there is a battle upon us.

You look through the crowd of fighters and heroes to try and find her, but there are too many of them. You go and stand with the very large team, prepared for whatever is coming your way.

"Avengers, assemble."

You were mid-battle, fighting off the monsters and aliens when a wisp of red flew in front of your face. You hadn't seen that colour so vibrant in so long. You look over to where it came from and there, you see her. Your Wanda.

She locks eyes with you and you look at her, almost in disbelief, but really just love.

You make your way over to her, not without knocking out a few monsters of course, and you're now standing in front of her. You just stare into her eyes, her beautiful green eyes that you had missed looking back at you so much. You go to pull her into a tight hug, but she pulls you behind her and launches a chaos ball at an oncoming enemy. She looks back at you and asks, "are you okay?" Hearing her voice almost brought you to tears, but you hold them back and nod your head. You now pull her into a death grip hug, not tight enough to hurt her though.

As much as you don't want to, you release her from your grip and continue to fight alongside your Wanda, your love, your everything.

You were in the living room of your new house in Westview with your wife, yes wife, Wanda. You two had a lovely ceremony mixed with some killer dance moves.

You sat down on the floor and just took in the space around you, excited to start a new chapter in your life with Wanda by your side.

Your gaze lands on your wife who was currently trying to decide where to put an entertainment center and TV. She feels your eyes on her but continues her magic. She eventually asks, "what are you staring at?" "You." She turns around and smiles at you, her cheeks slightly pink.

You get up off the ground and walk over to Wanda. You place your hands gently on her waist as her arms fall loosely over your shoulders. You pull her closer to you, your noses almost touching. You slightly tilt your head and lean in to capture her lips in a sweet and loving kiss. The blush on her cheeks gets darker after you separate. You peck her lips once more before you help Wanda with the interior decorating.

"Hey, love? I'm getting kind of hungry," Wanda states while she rubs her stomach.
"Yeah me too."
"Anything you're in the mood for?"
You take a moment to think before suggesting, "how about brunch?"
