"Jessica would you like to be apart of our family?" Harry asked with a smile
We all looked at her expectantly. She started at us complete shock all over her face. I had completely fallen in love with this girl and I could tell the rest of the lads had as well. She was so sweet and funny. She had a crazy side that I anted to unleash. She has a bad past and we all want to give her an amazing future. I look at the other four boys sitting next to me and they all have a smile plastered on they're faces as they await her answer.
"I-I um." She stutters. She looks at all of us with sad eyes. But slowly a smile makes its way to her face. "I would love to be the new addition to your family." She says happily.
We all jump up and throw are arms around her in a massive group hug. She starts laughing and then falls quiet. We break away from the hug and I put my hands on her shoulders.
"Jessica what's the matter?" I ask her. She gives me a small smile and. Can see he happiness shining in her green eyes.
"For he first time since my parents died i feel as if some one actually wants me and loves me. For he first time in years I feel safe." She tells me. I immediately wrap my arms around her small frame and she hunts me back tightly.
"Thats all we want to d for you Jessica. We want to love you and protect you and give you a brought future." I tell her.
We all talk for another couple minutes before Liam says he's going to go find Sarah and tell her hat we want to adopt Jessica. I smile knowing that in a couple of days Jessica will be with us in our flat. Safe and sound. She will be a part of our family.
"Hey guys" Jessica's voice interrupts my thought. We look at her and she continues. "What will my last name be. I mean I don't really think that I'd want to introduce my self as Jessica Payne-Malik-Horan-Styles-Tomlinson. Hats kind of an outrageously long last name." She states laughing a bit. Harry points his thumb at me and explains.
"Louis is the oldest so he will sing all he papers and what not. So you'll take his last name." He smiles and so d the rest of us. She looks as if she thinking for a second before she speaks.
"Jessica Tomlinson. Hmm. I like it!" She exclaims. I run like an idiot knowing that shell legally be mine an have my last name.
We take Jessica downstairs to see what's taking Liam so long. We ind him and Sarah talking about he adoption papers.
"So how long will the process take?" Zane asks her.
"Well, it should take about 5-7 days. 10 at he most. It shouldn't take to long though. I expect her to be with you b next week if all goes well." She answers.
I smile and look a Jessica yawning. I pick her up bridal style and carry her up the stairs. She wraps her arms around my neck and lays her head on my chest. I make it to her bedroom and lay her on he bed. She's already asleep. I'm about to close the door when I hear her say my name.
"Louis." She says. "Will you song to me?" She asks. I walk over and sit on the edge of her bed.
"Of course I will love. What would you like me to sing?"
"Will you sing Summer Love?" Nod and start to sing
I can't believe your packing your bags
Trying a hard not to cry
Had the best time and
Now it's he worst time
But we have to say goodbye

I look down at her and see that's she's already sound asleep. I kiss her forehead lightly and tell her goodnight before I head back down the stairs.
I cannot wait until she can finally come home with us!

Collins P.O.V.
It's been a year since Jessica and her family went missing. They never found any trace of their car. The hotel they were stays at said they checked out and the airport said hey never boarded their plane.
The police eventually ave up on them and told every one they were most likely dead. We had a funeral for all five of hem. I cried my eyes out for weeks. I just lost one of he most important people in my life and she was never coming back. The worst part was when they asked me to speak at Jessy's funeral.
I remember I could barely talk I was crying a hard. She was never meant to die so young. She still had a dream of becoming a singer and raveling the world. But know shell never get t fulfill that dream.
I lost my best friend.
She's never coming back.
She's gone forever.
And I didn't even get to say goodbye.
