It's currently 7:55 and Maddy is helping me get ready for my date with Naldo.
"Girl mi nuh know which shoes fi wear" I said
"Yuh know seh mi have a shoes weh mi did buy and it cyaa fit mi and mi did seh mi did ago return it.. and yk seh it woulda look perfect with this" She said.
"Which size yuh wear again?" She asked.
"7 and a 1/2" I told her.
"Perfect, suh mi ago guh fi it and come back"
While Maddy went to get the shoe I decided to start my makeup. It wouldn't take long because I decided to do something light.
After that, I took my hair out of the bonnet and curled it with the curling iron.

Maddy just came back with the booty-like shoe and I hurrily put it on because I'm trying not to be late.
This is my first date after all...
When Shawn and I were together he would never take me on dates or anywhere special. His family didn't even know about us. Anytime I brought up that argument he would say that he preferred a "private" relationship... but little did I know.
Anyways..
I put in my hoop earrings, applied perfume and grabbed some of my necessities to put in my purse.

"Suh yuh wouldn't deh wid him?" She asked with a smirk.
"Girl mi woulda neva deh wid him...memba seh him a artist" I lied.
"And plus man a dog and dog a man yuh figet that?" I said strongly.
Cause a lie? Man embarrassing .
But mi hope him different.. cause mi cyaa tek nuh more shame-
My thoughts were cut off by the ringing of Maddy's phone causing her to answer.
