It been a few days since Naruto unlocked his new form and currently is training with his Fox form.
However Drakkon on the other hand is having a meeting with his council.
Drakkon: "So let me get this straight. Underneath Tartarus is a old SPD and Time Force prison ship that contains a lot of villians in Containment Cards and Cryo Containment Unit?" I ask looking at Seth who nod like it was normal.
D/N: "Ah I remember that ship. It was the one where both SPD and Time Force team up once to contain powerful criminals and mutants" he said looking at a file he have.
Zedd: "You can revive the dead what used do we need for imprisoned villains?" He said.
M/N: "Oh one them is your son Thrax" she said causing Zedd to slam his staff onto the ground.
Zedd: "Well what are we're waiting for let free them!?" He said.
Seth: "I suggest we plan as Tartarus buff up security that not even the foot soldiers can break in. Which you can thank Nezu as he's the only headmasters with smarts" he said a bit impressed.
Drakkon: "Mm I believe it time for a retire mutant to help us" he said summoning a mirror that show a villain that surprised both his parents.

Both: "Ransik!?" They said remembering him from the year 3000.
Seth: "The first Power Ranger villain that was willing to turn himself in" he said remembering him.
D/N: "Are you sure bringing him back is wise? Especially since he no longer a villain?" He said which Drakkon sigh.
Drakkon: "Yes after all he the only villain, besides Zedd, that cause a prison break out" he said.
M/N: "True" she said remembering the history of Power Rangers.
Mucus: "So who gonna be apart of the break out?" She ask which everyone thought as they don't know who can help.
Seth: "Maybe it time for you to called in the evil y/n council" he said confusing everyone except for Drakkon who sigh then called in some help.
A few minutes later.
It wasn't long until Uni-tron, Darkspawn, Monstrox, Crow, and Nefarious join the meeting.
Uni-tron: "So you are doing a prison break out" he said which Drakkon nod.
Darkspawn: "We deal with Tartarus while you free the ones in that prison ship" he saif smiling as he want in on some action.
Monstrox: "Let's show this world Tartarus and Union how we villains work together" he said thus begin operation: Tartarus Hell.
At Tartarus.
Everything is quiet in the prison when out of nowhere multiple explosions happened throughout the prison.
Then it reveal hundred of Decepticons, Monsters, Heartless, Robots, and Minions are attacking the prison while freeing other villains that join the chaos.
Evil Y/N council: "Let evil reign!" They said as they slaughter guards with ease.
Meanwhile underneath Tartarus.
While chaos is happening above Drakkon, Ransik, Zedd, Scrozzle and Mina are below the prison.
Mina: "This is tiresome" she said using her acid to melt the concrete.
Drakkon: "Just be glad I'm helping you by giving you boost" he said then shot lightning at Mina but instead of pain she gain a power boost that allow her to melt the concrete faster.
It wasn't long until they enter the prison ship where they see hundreds of imprisoned Villains and criminals throughout history.
Ransik: "The mut orgs" he said recognizing the three brothers: Rofang, Takach, and Kired. That turn his body into a weapon.
Zedd: "Ivan Ooze" he said with slight venom then see his son Thrax.
Mina: "Maligore and Goldar" she said a bit afraid of the two villains.
Scrozzle: "Vargoyle and Snide!?" He said a bit horrified of seeing both villains.
Drakkon: "It look like Christmas arrive early" he said smiling sinisterly then unleash a massive lightning storm that free all the villains.
Ivan Ooze: "Why did you free us" he ask looking at Drakkon.
Drakkon: "Revenge against the heroes and you get freedom to rule this universe" he said which all the villains grin.
Back to Tartarus.
It was pure chaos and death as the forces of Evil Y/N council prove to much both both Union and the guards. However the entire prison shake causing the villains to stop attacking then laugh.
Bakugo: "What so funny!?" He said angry that they're losing.
Uni-tron: "Why you haven't realized you have lost" he said then a massive explosion send Union, Sentai Rangers and the guards out of Tartarus.
Owen Spade (Red): "What the heck just happened" he said then Union and the Sentai Rangers are godsmack as Tartarus is nothing but a crater.
Then they look above only to pale at seeing the greatest villains from Power Rangers history joining with Drakkon forces.

Drakkon: "Listen well Union and Sentai Rangers! For this is the beginning of war!" He said then both himself and the many villains laugh as they all vanish.
Back at Drakkon Castle.
It wasn't long until the villains return to the castle and celebrate.
Mina: "So what now?" She ask which all the villains look at Drakkon who look at a map of Vale.
Drakkon: "Time for us to create a dystopia for us!" He said smiling sinisterly.
