" Mmcht" I smacked my lips throwing the covers over myself
It's the next day and I'm still tryna get over everything that happened especially that text
I brought the covers back down as I reached over to my nightstand grabbing my phone
I turned on my phone and seen I had up to 10 missed calls from kentrell and 2 missed calls from my sister
I decided to call kentrell back first before calling my sister
"Hello" I heard his voice as I put the phone to my ear. "Hello kentrell" I sighed
"Are you okay?" He asked. "Yea" I said
" What happened....Yesterday" He asked. "Nothing" I yawned
" You don't have to tell me" He said. " I wasn't gonna tell you anyways" I snickered
" Was it that number again" He asked and I went silent
"yes" I mumbled. "What they say now" He asked. "Th-Just forget about it" I said
" Okay. Wanna come over to my place" He asked. "I can't" I said
"Why?" He asked

"Because I can't" I said. "That's not a valid reason" He said and I rolled my eyes
" I can't because I don't want you getting hurt" I said. "Hurt? What do you mean hurt?" He asked

" That unknown number I told you about, I think the person is watching my every move. I guess the person seen me and you together at the mall and they told me if I don't want you getting hurt I should stay away from you" I explained
" I-I just don't want you getting hurt kentrell" I said
" Can't nobody hurt me. I'm protected. You can't let those people stop you mels" He said. "You don't understand" I said
