I pulled up in my parents driveway

And safe to say that they still live in the Bronx

I got out the car and went to the back and woke major up as I unstrapped her from her car seat

I picked her up as she wrapped her hands around my neck

I closed and locked the doors behind us as I began walking up to my parents door

I knocked on it a couple of times but no answer

I began banging on it repeatedly until I heard noise coming from inside

" COMING!" I heard my mom's voice

The nob started twitching and few seconds later the door flew open

My mom looked up and her eyes instantly widen as tears began forming in her eyes

"Mom" I broke down crying as she pulled me into a hug. "Oh my god.....mels" She cried holding onto me tighter

"Your back" She smiled pulling out the hug. "And look at my granddaughter" She sniffed grabbing major out my hand

"She's tired" I sighed. "Aww, Come in Come in" She said moving to the side as I walked through the door

I miss it here

I looked around and the place was still how I last seen it

"Where is dad" I asked and she went silent. "Where is he" I asked again

"Let me go put her to bed and I'll come talk to you" She sighed going upstairs with Major in her arms

I walked into the living and sat down in the couch

Few minutes later she came downstairs and into the living room

She took a seat a seat right next to me

"So where's dad" I asked. "He's not here...." She mumbled
