You don't understand
The feeling of waking up after a night of crying
Letting down your hair after a long day
Pulling out stringy mascara
And the silly stuff
Like having code names for crushes
The "I" in "I love you"
And screaming Ribs by Lorde
The pain of lipgloss and wind
And day two of your period
Things like "everything showers"
From summer freckles to vanilla scents
Your hair getting caught in your nails
And good mascara days
You're just a man
