I'm walking into school me and jade have been texting all weekend, we never ever really texted at all before. i'm pulled out of my thoughts as I get in my locker.

"hey y/n!" tori greets

"hi tori!"

"i'm having a party at my house Friday wanna come?" she asks

"yeah of course that sounds fun" I answer with a nod and a smile.

"will you come help set up? also will you tell jade?"

"yeah i'll help and yeah i'll tell jade" I say back with a light chuckle

"tell me what?" I hear jades voice from behind me.

I jump and turn around quickly "jesus! you gotta stop doing that!"

"I got to go see ya later y/n, bye jade" tori says walking away

"bye vega" jade says waving at tori almost mockingly as she walks away "tell me what?"

"tell you about the party, and ask if you wanted to come" I explain grabbing the rest of my stuff and closing my locker.

"party where?" she asks

"at tori's" I say as I start to walk gesturing for her to follow.

"yeah i guess, as long as your going"

"I am, and i'm going early to help set up, so come with me to do that"

"yeah okay fine"

"then i can spend the night at your house, and we can go to the full moon jam together!" I say smiling

"yeah," jade smiles back

after the first couple of classes it's lunch time, I go get a salad from festus's truck. then I sit down at the table. everyone is there, I sit down next to jade.

"hey guys!" I say

"hey girl, what took you so long?" andre asks

"I was talking to my songwriting teacher," I answer "I was asking i-."

"hey y/n can I talk to you?" beck asks cutting me off

I turn around and look at him, then i look back at the rest of my friends. they all have unsure looks on there faces especially jade. I see jade about to get up, so I stand up first.

"it's fine, i'll just go talk to him" I say reassuringly to jade as she sits back down, I can tell she's mad but hopefully not at me "yeah, i'll be right back guys, and cat don't touch my salad" I say laughing

I get up, and follow beck inside, the hallways are empty. "what did you want to talk about?"

"I wanted to say sorry.." beck says through gritted teeth

"okay." we stand there for a second, just staring at each other.

"are you gonna accept my apology?!" he asks getting irritated

"sure, yeah, whatever..i'm going back to the table now.." I say awkwardly

"bitch." I hear him mumble

I hear his little comment and turn around quickly "dude I don't know what I did to you but this bad attitude is not cute."

"you fucking faggot, don't you realize nobody likes you especially not jade. She would never want someone as pathetic and worthless as you. so keep your sticky fingers off of jade, why don't you just leave my friends alone. I tried to play nice and apologize but you just don't quit do you? you could have just accepted my apology and moved on." beck says angrily
