Believing the Fairies

I was surrounded by my friends, who were wild and loud,

And I was embarrassed by their silly comments on the clouds.

Looked up to the sky to clear my throat on the sweet breeze season,

And I spotted the round moon smiling as if a smiling joker was frozen.

I noticed the moon was actually captivated and continuously glazing at something,

So I turned my head in wonder and decided to search for that one lucky being.

Tried to stand high and tall as tall as my tallest petal tip could reach,

Looked and searched but found no one from the high field to the low and lonely beach.

Felt someone tickling my leaves and a silent voice scream-

"Oh, look at that moon, is it looking at us and is fascinated by us The Drama Queens"

"Shut up my girl! Not you again in your unreal fantasies,

It's the MOON, the coolest crush of all galaxies!"

Hearing us fight Mr. Moon went shy, as a girl under a winter cherry tree;

Whispered- "My dears, you all are precious and this is what I can simply guarantee."

Did we hear it right? Was it us, the reason for him to make those smiles?

But we were WILDFLOWERS, how could he fall for our unpleasant styles?

But we believed it, because we did heard from some fairies-

'It's only ordinary to love the beautiful; but it's beautiful to love the ordinaries"
