I trailed my hand throughout the bed trying to feel his presence. I frowned and opened my eyes surprised to not see him in the room. I got up and covered my mouth as I let out a yawn. I entered bathroom thinking he was going to be there. I pouted and walked into the walk in closet. I yawned and headed to the glass window.
I saw him jogging down the garden and smiled. I looked down at my outfit to see if it would do. Tank top and leggings. I headed back to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I put on my black sneakers and tied my hair into a ponytail. I grabbed my phone and put on my AirPods. It was starting to act up but it was still durable.
I got out of the room and ran down the stairs. I followed the path I saw him heading to. The guards didn't spare me a glance as usual as I jogged over to his direction. He was standing near the garden and I tip toed to him.
I tried to scare him but he didn't budge. He is wearing a headphone idiot.
I rolled my eyes and hugged him from behind. He relaxed into my touch immediately making smile.
Looks like we are both used to our touches."Good morning" I said placing my hand on his chest.
He turned around and placed his headphone around his neck. "Morning. How come you are not sleeping?"he asked. "I tried to reach for you as I turned around. Not feeling your presence woke me up" I replied and he chuckled.
"This is the first time you are waking up early"he said and patted my hair.
"So what do you do in my absence?" I asked looking around.
"I workout after jogging"he replied and I grinned.
"I will join you"he gave me a pointed look and I raised an eyebrow.
"You won't be able to keep up"
"Try me"
"You wouldn't be able to back out when we start"he said and I pondered over it.
How bad can it be?
"Deal" I said extending my hand and he pecked my lips instead.
"We are suppose to seal the deal with a handshake not a kiss" I pouted shaking my head to hide my blush. Stupid hormones! What is special about this that I was blushing?
"This is our way of sealing a deal"he smirked and started jogging.
"Wait for me" I called out and huffed when he didn't answer me.
It was hard to keep up with him so I jogged behind him.
Stupidiot!
Do you mean stupid and idiot?
Obviously dummy.
I think that goes for you.
I pressed a random playlist but the speaker of the AirPods wasn't working well. This has been mine since I was fifteen. I still have the headphone I got on Christmas. I love the AirPods because it's more portable than the headphone. I couldn't spot him again so I headed back to the garden. I settled on the bench and glanced through the flowers. I love the smell of the flowers. I am not really a fan of flowers but if I had to choose a favorite. I will go with the red rose because it interests me the most.
"You can't even keep up with me while jogging"his voice came up behind me and I didn't bother turning.
"That's because your legs are too damn long" I grumbled not taking my eyes of the flower.
"Your legs are just too short"he said and I gasped finally turning to face him.
"You can't call 5'7 short" I pouted standing up.
