A day passed after i left the gym, i heard that ippo was signed to train with takamura after what happened

Kenji: "heh i wonder, how much would he grow" i said quietly as i was picking up a box in my arms

Hinata: "hm? Who are you talking to ken-kun?" she said appearing behind my back

I looked at her, i almost jumped from fear where the heck did come from

Kenji: "oi hina don't scare me like that, also i was just thinking" i said placing the box in my hand in the top shelf

Hinata: "i see still thinking about the kid huh? What so special about him?" she asked with her hands behind her back

Kenji:"it just when i look at him i see my old self in him"i said sitting down

Hinata: "i see so you see him as student more than a rival" she said leaning on a wall

Kenji: "i don't know yet, by the way aren't you supposed to be at the register, helping customers?"

Hinata: "not really, it just so empty right now and the odds of someone coming here in a weekend are extremely low-"

She was cut off by the sound of the door

Hinata: "......." she just looked me at me with a sad baby eyes

Kenji: "what the odds huh?..... I take care of this" i said giving a quick sigh before standing up

Her eyes changed from sad, to joyful really quick

Hinata: "you are my prince Ken, you just saved this princess" she said

I only kept walking to the counter that girl was something else

Kenji:"yo sorry for being late so what do you nee?-"i wasn't looking at the customer in the start but a soon as i looked i stopped talking

Ippo: "ehhhhh kenji-kun i never knew you worked here" he said with his usual peaceful face happy face

I looked at his face he had some bandages own i felt a little bad tbh

Kenji: "yo Ippo you feeling better, so how can i help you" i said placing my arm on the counter

Ippo: "ahem well i was wondering if i can get those arm bondage?" he said placing a pair of bandages in the counter that was the most expensive pair

I picked them up looking at them

Kenji: "oi ippo can i have a look at your hand?" i said wanting to check something

Ippo: "umm my hand but why did something happen?" he said getting a little nervous

Kenji: "bro just give me your hand, don't worry i don't swing that way" i said as we both laughed it off a little

As then i looked at his hand as i opened some of the bandages he got

Kenji: "as i thought" i said with a smirk

Ippo: "what do you mean senpai?" he asked

Kenji: "well those bandages are made for people who have small hands or rely on speed mostly southpaws, but they never fit an in fighter like you" i said grabbing a pair of another type of bandages

Ippo: "hm?That so cool senpai you are a life saver!!" he said looking at me with sparkling aura all around him

Kenji: "just relax and take those they are, a thicker type that would mostly be a perfect pair with you" i said nodding
