His little ruby

Zach POV

morning 9:36 ,2 weeks later 

i wake up slowly when i hear my alarm and i open my eyes to see ruby on the left side of me sleeping ,for a person who's so small he takes up 3/4 of the damm bed , i get out of bed and turn off my alarm and i go to the bathroom and i turn on the shower ,i grab a towel from my drawer and i take off my clothes and hop in the shower 

as im showering i hear ruby open the bathroom door ¨daddy?¨i look smile as i hear him¨im in the shower little one¨i finish and grab my towel and wrap it around my waist before walking to ruby and picking him up and placing him on my hip and walking the the bedroom and i place him on the bed ,i walk into my walk-in closet and i put on my boxers and some joggers ,

i pick up ruby and brought him to my office and i set him down on the play mat on the floor Recently I have been trying to get ruby to slip but for some reason it's difficult ,he gives off little vibes but i assume that s how he is naturally 

i watch as ruby sits there on the play mat and watching movies on the tablet i bought him since he didn't try escaping in the past 3 weeks ,i walk into my bedroom leaving ruby alone for a second and i grab a syringe filled with a substance and i go to ruby ,i hide the syringe in my pock¨little one ,can you go into little space for dada?¨i watched as ruby looked at me and stay quiet ,did he just go mute?¨little one can you tell dada if you need help regressing¨ruby just looks at me and i tilt my head

¨i don't wanna ¨ i watch as ruby goes back to watching movies and i just sigh knowing i'm gonna have to use the syringe ,i didn't want to but i got to ,i wait till ruby takes his nap so it can be easier to use the syringe ,till then i'm gonna go work some more ,wait actually i should do some research on that word ruby said to me i still don't know how he knew the language of a species that went missing years ago 

i place ruby into the playpen in the living room and then i walk into the basement ,the basement is a library i have or a study Either one works ,its where i keep all of my books about mythical creatures like myself in there ,i sit on my desk and i start reading the books on my desk about shadows language ,i know this gonna take a minute so i better get started 

1 hour later~~~

i sigh in annoyance when i could't find not one clue of what ruby said ,i knew it was gonna be hard but not difficult like this i groan and i stand up ,i walk into the living room to see ruby asleep in the playpen ,i smile and i carry him to his crib in his room ,i grab the syringe out of my pocket and inject ruby in his left thigh ,he flinched a bit but stayed asleep so once i did that i laid him in his crib as he sleeps i go to my room and start to clean up ruby's toys around the room and the house and i see drawings of symbols on ruby's pictures they were in his playpen ,"those are shadows symbols ,how the hell does he know them"i grab the pictures and i carry them to my study and place them down on my desk and i grab some books on shadows and there symbols 

before i could read i heard ruby crying so i went to him quickly and i saw that ruby was still asleep so i tilted my head in confusion "ruby? Are you awake?" he didn't respond so i just shrugged it off and went back to my study but when i walked in and to my desk i saw the symbols were gone ,the pictures are now just papers with kids drawings on the back"what the fuck..."i stand there in disbelief ,i look around not sure what to think or say and i cant ask ruby to draw the symbols cause he's gonna be in a regressed state due to the substance in the syringe ,i just sigh "i should've took a picture "

i keep the papers on my desk in a neat position and i head back upstairs for a bit to check on ruby again before going to the living room to watch tv and think about things ,and i need to give someone a call so ruby can meet a possible new friend 

1 day before~~~ 

Ruby's POV

as Zach was working i was in the living room in my play pen drawing ,they were symbols i had in my dream ,but it felt sorta like a ritual i don't know why i'm drawing them but they seemed important ,once i finish drawing all the symbols i remember i leave them there to go steal some cookies from the kitchen

present time~~~

Zach's POV 

after i finished my call i heard ruby calling out my name from upstairs "dada?" i smile and i go to him and i see that hes still tired "little one your still sleepy ,lets get you back to sleep"as i try to pick him up he pulls away "oh are you not sleepy?"i ask since he was a person who would never turn down a nap ,that's when i remembered that i injected him with a substance that would make him more submissive to make him to regress more "does your head hurt? wanna cuddle?"i watch as ruby nods so i pick him up and i carry him to my room and we cuddle but he falls asleep within minutes 

Ruby's POV 

1 hour before~~~

as Zach places me in the playpen in the living room i watch tv ,i look around my playpen and i decide to draw on the papers i had drew symbols on ,but just on the back of them and as times goes by i get tired so i lay down in the playpen and and take a nap 

just so you know the next chapter will be present time ,not when he's sleeping in the playpen
