Few minutes ago~

"You know he was so worried for you. At first a male doctor was assigned to check on you but then he demanded a female doctor thinking that you would be uncomfortable around males." Dr. Rosie said to me while giving me the medicines. I woke up few minutes back while she was dressing my wound that I got on my thighs.

"What are you trying to say, doctor?" I asked her innocently, though I know what she means. "That he's a nice man, who will take your good care," Dr. Rosie spoke looking at me with concern,  "as I won't be allowing you to stay alone at your house while you just had glass pieces removed from your thighs." She added with a sigh.

She's talking about some man who is the architect of this hospital and a good person from heart. According to Dr. Rosie he brought me here after I had fainted on the road. Since I had regained my consciousness in middle of the dressing, he wasn't present here, so I have no idea of who this Mr. Architect is.

"But doctor, you have already removed the shards of glass, so there's no need to worry. I can handle myself well." I tried convincing her that I can't stay with a man whose even face is unknown to me.

"Dear, you won't be able to walk properly for the next few days let alone cook for yourself or handle yourself. You need someone's help, please try to understand." Her "please" sounded like there's no room for argument now.

"Fine. I'll meet him then decide what to do next but until then just don't tell him about the glass pieces, I don't want to bother anyone, unnecessarily. Tell him that I fainted due to dehydration and lack of proper diet." My voice sounded weak as if I was about to faint again, the doctor left after giving me a small smile and a nod.

I looked at my wound and a lone tear slipped from my eye as the flashes of Caleb pushing me on the ground just because I refused to accompany him to his house and share my notes with him.

There were glass shards scattered on the side of the road where I fell and due to my dress being short, the shards pierced through my skin giving me a temporary wound. My pink dress had dark floral prints on it which made the blood a little invisible, maybe that's why the man didn't noticed the blood stains.

About Caleb, he's a playboy of our Law Academy and wants every other girl to fcuk with him, that's the reason he was asking me to accompany him and I denied. So he purposely pushed me hardly on the road then rode off on his bike.

I tried getting up and walked a little watching the cars passing by but no-one stopped to help me, that's how after sometime due to weakness, I fainted.

Nevermind, it's not the first time that these things are happening, giving myself a self satisfaction, I closed my eyes slowly and didn't realise when sleep engulfed me, maybe because of the medicines that the doctor gave.

"I..I can wear my own seatbelt." I said in a low voice to the man who is fastening my seatbelt. "I know you can, but I wanted to do so I did." He replied casually fastening his seatbelt too and started the car. He's taking way too much care of mine.
