The way I hid;
The dreams I had in my heart
The things I felt but tore apart
Thinking I was gonna play smart
The way you;
Made me long things I never had
Made me smile everytime I felt sad
Made me loose the plans that I had
It's funny, how you;
Made me believe in love once again
Made me like things I saw as pain
took both my heart and my brain
The way that;
I felt with you in those days
You had me switching my ways
I felt like it was worth the race
You had me taking chances
I didn't realise;
How from literally worlds apart
I had my hands in your palm
I gave you the key to my heart
Knowing I trust you, sweetheart
