I know I know I know, it's been a while and I'm so sorry. Was planning a different storyline for this book plus updating my other book and then we have college work which is just a pain. I will try to update this book more or I might just take a week break and pre write chapters for this book

{Skipping a few days/Tobi's POV}

Tami has been seriously distant from me and it's starting to get to me. Yea we played a prank but that doesn't give her the reason to just not be herself around me. I was editing in our room while she was in the living room doing God knows what, I wanted to join her but I feel like she'll push me away. I guess I could just give it a go. I stood up and left our room before going to the living room to find Tami curled up on the couch watching TV. She was wearing my tee and her shorts while her hair was in a messy bun. I walk over and sit down beside her, she looks at me and doesn't say anything before looking back at the TV. We both watch TV and I wrap my arm around her waist, she instantly curls up against me before we continue to watch in silent. At some point Tami loses interest and started to play with my fingers, I was about to say something but got interrupted by someone ringing the doorbell again and again. We both jump and I sigh before Tami stands up and goes to the door. Jeez thanks to whoever is at the door, was just about to finally have a moment with my girlfriend. I heard talking before hearing footsteps, heels to be specific. I look over at the door and my eyes widen as I stand up in shock

"Selena?" I said confusedly as I look at my ex stood in the doorway with mascara running down her face

"Tobi" Selena cried before rushing over and hugging me. I confusedly hug back before looking at Tami who was stood by the door frowning, I shrug my shoulders before looking at Selena

"Hey hey hey, what's wrong?" I asked

"Remember that guy I was dating after you? He kicked me out and I have nowhere to go. I mean my parents already hate me so I can't go to them and you're the only person I could think of that wouldn't hate me" Selena cried and I stood there confused since she cheated on me with the guy she was with. I was the last person she wouldn't to see but why has it changed? Why does she need me all of a sudden? I look at Tami and she just shakes her head

"Just stay with her. She clearly wants you" Tami mouthed before turning around and going to our room. Wait what? What did she mean by that? I place Selena down on the couch

"Two seconds. Sorry" I said before jogging to our room where I found Tami laying in bed

"What did you mean?" I asked and Tami looks at me

"She needs a friend. Go be that friend for her" Tami said and I sigh before walking over. I kneel down and push her hair back before kissing her forehead

"I'll just give her the guest room until she has somewhere to stay but she'll be out of our business. I promise she won't get in the way of us. I'm sorry babe" I whispered and Tami sadly smiles before leaning over and pecking my lips

"I'm sorry for being a bitch and overreacting. I'm really grateful you stayed with me" Tami said and I smile before kissing her. Allow me, I haven't had kisses for a few days now so I needed this moment to last...
