*Shelby's POV*

I got up and went into the shower. Today's the day that Harry and I are filing for divorce. He's bringing El while I'm bringing Louis.

Sighing I washed my hair with my vanilla scented shampoo and conditioner. I personally never saw this coming but what can I do now? Once I finished I quickly washed my body.

"Babe can I come in?" Louis asked from outside the bathroom.

"Yeah! I'm almost done." I called out.

"Niall already came and got the kids." Louis said as he stepped inside the bathroom.

"Okay. Can you hand me the towel?" I asked shutting off the shower.

"Mhm." He said handing it to me.

"Thank you." I said as I took it and dried off before getting dressed.

"Are you feeling okay? You look pale." He commented.

"I'm not sure to be honest." I sighed as I dried my hair.

We finished getting ready and went out to the car. Louis got in the diver side while I got into the passenger side. He started the car and drove off. My phone went off and I looked at it seeing as it was Tristan my lawyer. I put it on speaker.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hey Shelby, so I wanted to give you the run down before we get there. I know we previously discussed not wanting to have a huge custody fight so we are going to try for an agreement. Also are you completely moved in to Louis's?" He asked.

"Yeah, I just finished moving in yesterday." I said.

"Okay then that's one lest thing we need to discuss, you need to sign papers about the divorce. Animals, we will discuss that." He said.

"Harry can keep the dog." I sighed.

"Okay well that's all I have on my list at the moment. Harry's lawyer will obviously be there too we will both have copies of everything." He said.

"Okay thank you." I said hanging up.

"Let's get this show on the road." Louis said as we pulled in.

I nodded holding his hand as we walked in. We walked to the meeting room where Harry, el and his lawyer are all there sitting on one side. Louis and I sat on the other with my lawyer sitting beside me.

"Okay so first Harry and Shelby you guys need to sign the papers." His lawyer said.

I gulped nodding my head. Harry glanced up at me sighing before signing the papers. Once he was done he slid them over to me. I took my pen and signed it.

"What about your studio?" His lawyer asked me.

"What about it?" I asked.

"Didn't Harry pay for that?" He asked.

"She's keeping the studio. I'm not taking her work away from her." Harry said.

"Thank god." I sighed.

"Now custody." My lawyer said.

"God this is so hard." I gulped.

Louis rubbed my back causing me to burst into tears.

"Shh, it'll be over soon." Louis said hugging me.

I cried hugging him tightly. Everyone was really quite so I could calm down.
