Bonjour ou Bonsoir. Today's lesson I will be teaching you how to address people in French. It's pretty difficult at first, but it'll be understandable once it is fully explained.
Because Earth is populated with nothing but females and males, languages have made up words to address women, men, and children. If we didn't have words like that, we'll be pointing a people and, perhaps, calling them by their names. French is no different with this aspect, however, it can be hard for people to understand.
Like greetings, addressing people will depend on their gender, age, and rather or not the person is married. When addressing a female you will call her a la fille, la femme, elle, une madame, et une mademoiselle.
